Does this template allow content pages. I want to build an agent site with additional pages not shown in a template. They are just simple content pages with photos and text displayed. Also, do you offer anything similar to an open house feature, like a calendar?

1. we provide sample data and you can upload. but it’s not all of them. just sample data which is enough to have. 2. the idx is not our work. it’s like stream links from idx plugins.

sorry but you didn’t answer to any of my questions, so i repeat:
1) i know about the demo content, apart from the demo content do i need to buy another plugin (revolution slider?).
2) i don’t have my houses in any idx subscription. i know that idx is not your work, that wasn’t the question. The quesion is if i don’t have any subscription how can i upload my houses data and pictures? do the template have an upload system?

there are form to add your house information and pictures. there are also user front-end form then you users can add on front-end.

you can just simply change the names of “categories, types, amenities”. if it’s “house” on category, you can rename them in your language.

Sorry… But all I see in the “Codestyler Localization” plugin are the .po/.mo files for wordpress and for the theme…. I can’t find “WHERE” to translate the Property details (amenities, categories, etc).

you need to go to property >> categories, locations, amenities … and change (rename) names in your language. I am sorry for missing your email. we don’t much check emails for support. too many emails. Do you mind if you can create a ticket on our support site? then I won’t miss it.
the errors : basically you can ignore these. 1. gmap3 : google map v3 api script from google. 2. admin-color-picker.js : script for select color 3. maps.google.com…... : google map api script from google.

Sorry, I think I haven’t made myself clear. I need to create a multi lingual site, therefore I need to translate into more than one language. Is you theme compatible with WPML. If so, I will use WPML instead.

Ok! I will put it on the wish list I think it would be an added value for the theme to have multiple language support.
I have tried WPML anyway. For now it works fine, and I might be able to iron out any compatibility issues that may arise.

Hi there. Thanks for the script – I got a few questions…
1. how can I move the currency symbol ($) on the other side… so it looks like 1.000 $ and not $1.000. 2. Still regarding the currency.. how do I change the commas to dots? So it’s 1.000 and not 1,000. 3. When an agent wants to add a property, he is going to do it through the frontpage, but the description field doesn’t allow tinyMCE (like it does from the admin panel), how do I add that feature? My agents don’t know html tags.

Hi, I can not find a solution to this problem: There is wpml on my side, when I logged in, everything works wonderfully. When from a new browser without log-in open a properties list page, issues it with a sick-note that “no results found”. Everything works again after login and a logout. The content appears well without WPML (on a language).

I need to create my site “slider-promotion-style” Slider same as your site. Please advise me.
And also In home page,
1. I need display only 04 sale properties and 04 rent properties in “sc-property-box”. (Latest 04 properties will come come to home page and display. Other properties show on property page.) Is it possible?
2. And on grid-listing properties, you have mention as For sale properties. But rent properties also display in grid-listing. (As an option can i change For sale properties as Related Properties)
3. When a customer choose our one property for buy, the massage send by him, we need to receive only our company email. That massage has not receive to the property agent’s email. After we got massage from customer, we can contact our agent. Agent cannot be contact customer directly. Is it possible?

1. you mean 04 means.. 4 properties? the properties are all recent properties.
2. do you mean on front-page(home page)? unfortunately we don’t have related option.
3. it’s only go to the author (agent) who posted the property. there is a mail box on right side bottom. that’s for admin mail.

oh do you mean revolution slider? when you download our theme (main-files.zip). the sample files are all included. you need to go to revolution slider and import that sample file.
