I have been using the theme now for almost a month and I am wondering how I can remove my username in the blog posts. I have already tried several WP settings, but my username is still shown. How can I make sure it is not shown in the posts?
You can remove your user name from theme options.
In <Blog> in the theme options, I have unchecked “Author” but it is still showing. Is there anywhere else I need to do something?
You might be using an older version. It works fine.
In blog section you can hide it for blog/homepage and in Single Post Options you can hide it for single posts.

Hello. I bought your theme today. So far, so good, but there is one particular issue I cannot fix, and want to fix immediately.
The “post views” for the front page blog and for the individual blog posts are not responding to my telling them not to show in the admin area.
I have checked and double checked and both “post view” check boxes are unchecked, yet they remain. Is there something I”m missing, or can you fix this, like, RIGHT away?

No, you will not loose anything if you install the theme again and you don’t need to pay again to get future updates. You just need to pay once and that you already paid. So feel free to download the updates whenever these are available.

Quick question—is there a cleaner way to update than deleting the theme and reinstalling? I see there is an “update” section in the admin area where I inputted my envato account info, but there is not an “update” button or anything…?
You can see the update in Themes page above screenshot of theme if you have filled the details correctly.
I am having the same issue that tcstudio and Rafito_Zurc ran into. Unfortunately, I thought it was WP4.0 compatibility issue so I wiped and reinstalled with 3.9.2.
Can I get my hands on the fix that appears to take care of this? Thanks! -Rich

Great – thanks! The new version is working! Might want to update the “Last updated” date on the product page? It shows the last update was on July 28th.
I also noticed it earlier. It is not in author’s hands. ThemeForest updates the date. I don’t know why it’s still showing July date.

Hi man, sorry but I’ve the same problem of the user: Rafito_Zurc that says: “When I try to go to wp-admin this message comes: “To perform the requested action, Wordpress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you dont remember your credentials, you should contact your web host.” And this happens only when Ublog is installed. I tested with another themes and they worked properly.

This will happen with all the themes that are using Redux framework. Redux framework requires root login to your server. Make sure you have root access or you can contact your web server.
I talked to redux team. They have an update for it. Can you test the theme if I send the update to you on your mail? I never got this error so need your help to test it.

I didn’t get your query. What do you mean by page with post? Both are different. Portfolio is not added to theme. Are you adding it wih plugin?
What problem you facing with main menu?

You can create different kind of posts as shown in demo like Gallery, audio, video etc.

The company I work for recently purchased your template. One of the features that first caught my eye when choosing Ublog was the fact that typefaces were editable from a wide selection already included. However, my company recently underwent a ReBranding process and the typography they are using now is not included in Ublog. I was wondering if there is some way that I can upload our own typography from .otf or .ttf files. The typefaces are Gotham and Segoe in several formats.

You can use all the Google fonts in the theme but can’t upload your own fonts. This option is not provided in the theme.

I’m having trouble installing your theme. Every time I try to install it, shows me this error: http://i.imgur.com/ctnuWIJ.pngI have try with other themes and have no problem. This error appears on my localhost as well as on my web host (is a clean wp installation).

Redux framework used in theme requires root access. You might not be having root access that’s why it’s asking for FTP access.

I’m unable to figure out how the ‘most popular’ posts feature is working in the blog sidebar. It is pulling in the first 3 posts based on date posted. But it’s not doing based on views, which is what I expect. Is there somewhere in the admin that is supposed to control this?
