I checked your blog. Seems like you edited the code of theme. On your blog menu is behind the main content. But theme has no such issue with menu. It just works fine. I suggest you to use the original theme. If you want to make any changes to code, do it the child theme and with care.

Please install the fresh copy of theme. Seems like code on your blog is edited.
I only need to know about this file:
wp-content/themes/ublog/css/responsive.css
I’ve modified it but it don’t update and call other cache file, this (without update)
wp-content/themes/ublog/css/responsive.css?ver=4.7.2

I suggest you don’t edit the theme files. If you edit then whenever you update the theme, all changes will be lost.

If you edit the file, you can see the changes. You don’t need to do anything else, just edit it and upload on server. If you are not able to see the changes, then it may be because of your cache.
