I am not looking for help on creating the multipage site, I’m simply trying to add external links to the navigation. I have already created the other pages, but the navigation does not function properly.

I created the external links in the menu, however the “submenu” only shows up on the external page when using an anchor (example: about.html#about)... This would be fine, however the homepage prevents me from linking to (about.html#about).... I believe this can be corrected in assets/js/custom_general.js , however I simply can’t seem to get it.

Please do as I need to know quickly if the template really is responsive and adapted to all devices or if I need to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. Also the video version no longer works in your demo preview here (neither on PC or mobile). The ytplayer.js seems to have been intended for mobile use as there are lines of script referring to Blackberry and iPhone etc. (lines 65 – 70) but it does not work.

We Just checked, most of the Themes or most popular themes used only “YTPlayer”. we will check with this issue with YTPlayer author.

I don’t think the new version correct this. Am I right? The video still doesn’t autoplay on mobile devices – you have to click on the play button and it doesn’t loop.

Yes, autoplay and loop work on PC or laptop but not on mobile devices. I would like all devices to work in the same way, whether mobile device or PC or laptop. Is this possible?

It does seems to be linked with the issue mentioned; “user needs to click the play button to start the video” but I just need to know how to implement the update or fix given here.

I have had no news from you so I downloaded the 2.7.1 release of the YTPlayer and put the new version of jquery.mb.YTPlayer.js. Now on PC and laptop the video plays all the time on all pages instead of on the home page only. On tablet the video doesn’t play at all.

Please let me know what to do to get the video playing correctly on desktop and mobile devices. If it is not possible, I need a refund as this was supposed to be a responsive template and adapted to all devices.
