I fixed the problem reinstalling woocommerce plugin.

Now I need some help for translating cart

“View your shopping cart” “No products in the cart”

I try to translate the woocommerce-config. file but it’s always in english.

I try also to translate mini-cart file but without success.

I redirection loop will not be a theme issue – this will either be an issue with how you have WordPress configured or else your web server config. When I visit the link you included above it brings me to a Google apps login screen?

It’s 100% technically possible to translate WordPress, WooCommerce and the theme strings into your chosen Chinese dialect. You will need to use Poedit to manage your translated strings.

There are a few ways to do this:

It’d be similar for the footers. The two of them are

.lightwrapper { 
background: url(http://www.website.com/background.jpg) no-repeat center center !important;
}

.subfooter {
background: url(http://www.website.com/background.jpg) no-repeat center center !important;
}

You could add a height: 200px; to either but I wouldn’t recommend it as you would have responsive issues when the viewport adjusts, e.g. on tablets and mobiles.

It sounds like you need to increase the memory limit on your server. http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

It may be better to contact your host and ask them to do it for you. You could also check if they’re running PHP 5.3 and upwards.

If that doesn’t solve it let me know.

Hi there!

On the first question if you upload a large version of your logo it should increase proportionally as you increase the header height.

On the second you can change the product size dimensions in WooCommerce > Settings – Products Tab.

You’ll also need to install and run the ‘Regenerate Thumbnails’ plugin to redo all the existing product images to the new sizes.

Visual Composer is fully licensed with Captiva so you don’t need to buy another version.

The next Captiva release coming shortly will include the latest Visual Composer – as you can imagine we have to install and test it throughly first to make sure any new version doesn’t break anything in the theme.

EDIT: Problem solved. Showcase entries must be assigned a category, otherwise that error is shown under the title for each entry in the showcase.

That error message would suggest something was wrong with one of your showcase items (i.e. not assigned any showcase categories).

Thank you for your kind words! The top bar background color is changed in Captiva Theme Options > Colors – ‘Top Bar Background Color’

You’ll need to change the skin to ‘No Skin’ too.

To change the actual text color add this to Captiva Theme Options > Custom Code

#top p { color: red; }
