Hi, Captiva is 7 years old and is no longer under active development. We update it around once a year when a critical release is required, otherwise it works fine.

Support is provided via the ‘Support’ tab at the top of this page. Your support period expired however on 02/03/2016 – over 2 years ago. You’d need to renew this first via the ‘Downloads’ section of your ThemeForest account.

I today tried to upload a fresh copy for my website but all the demo data of images got failed when i checked the xml file for image location there is no data from that URL it showed “website cant be reached” the url i tried to check is http://captivadata.commercegurus.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/placehold.it-700x300.gif
Can you please check with the xml file that is supplied with the full package during download?
Images are not included within the demo data apart from the ones within the sliders.
i tried importing the slider demo also the images are not available in the slider aswell
You’d need to submit a support ticket via the ‘Support’ tab at the top of this page – but first update your support period as it expired over 18 months ago on 30/11/2016.

I’m not sure how to answer that. We reply quickly as you might have noticed. Theme support covers queries directly related to the theme only. So it does cover LayerSlider demo data included. Customizations are not included.
Captiva used to have this lil cool feature where if a visitor hovers over a product photo it’ll show the next photo in line. Why’d you guys remove that feature with this update?

Captiva should work fine with WC3.4 – there are a couple of minor template updates which will be resolved in the next release but no functionality is affected.
