The id (123) is just one example among many of product id number.
I will use woocoomerce products (like tickets and coupons) and want to add specific product on the each item page (in DESCRIPTION section)
[product_page id=” ”] is a woocoomerce shortcode, and It shows a full single product page when I enter it on a post page.
p.s) The product type will be ‘variable product’

We have checked and added on single item pages and worked fine. it shows items and add cart is also working well. it also looks good.
however, I am not sure how extensively you will use woocommerce with our theme. we are currently providing default layout only.

Did you check ‘variable product’ too? I heard that there are many premium themes that have some problems with variable product. Add to Cart Button Not Working, Unable to add variable products to cart, Product variation prices not working, etc. (common problems in the woocommerce forum)

Some restaurants have online coupons, and their prices will be variable. ex) A menu -> $20, B menu -> $30, C menu -> $40 I plan to make them woocommerce variable products, and show them on the item pages (by using [product_page id=”“] shortcode)

Dear JAVO, I’ve been really pleased with your theme but I’ve got more and more visitors from mobile and I must say that you theme is far from responsive. Especially from mobile portrait mode. The map looks really bad, especially when you click an item. Also the archive view is terrible, if one item’s name is too long the whole layout is ruined.
You can easily see what I mean browsing on your own demo site with your mobile.
Please guys I thought I’d finally found a theme that I’ll stick with so please make changes quickly!

here are some (mostly technical) presales questions
1) Is your theme/plugin tested with any of the wordpress caching plugins ( WP Total Cache etc)?
2) How are the listings stored in your database? Are they stored as wordpress custom post types (and taxonomies for categories) or do you use your own way of storing data in db?
3) Is your theme and plugin SEO optimized or compatible with Yoast SEO plugin? This kind of theme should strongly focus on SEO and each listing should have proper metadata , including facebook OG data.
4) Does your directory plugin support bulk listings import? We already have 6000 items and we need to bulk import them, not one by one.
5) Does your theme/plugin have its own actions/hooks so that we can customize further. For example, we may need to add custom fields, listing contact forms, Tap-To-Talk buttons etc

1. We tested only super cache and fast cache. I personally like fast cache. it works fine.
2. Yes, it stores what you know and followed wordpress database ( http://codex.wordpress.org/Database_Description ). it stores on wp-post as custom post type and other metas on post-meta with post id from wp-post. no own tables. we try to use wordpress tables only.
3. Yes works fine with Yoast SEO plugin. we have not worked on OG data and we are working on slug issues to let you (admin) customize them.
4. Unfortunately we don’t provide bulk import feature.
5. yes we have some hooks and action. we added some on source where we need. it depends on where you need to add.

URGENT:
This theme does not work on an ipad or iphone!
I have the Category boxes as the home page and none of the boxes are clickable so a user cannot select a category and see any listings!
Also, the five stars are on 2 different lines when viewing vertical on an ipad and the search bar is also covered my the location field!
Can you advise on when the next up date will be to fix these issues and thus make this theme work on ipads and iphones?
It is a great theme, don’t get me wrong, but it is useless if I cannot use it on ipads or iphones

Yeap I recieve by forum but I think is important develop import same theme directory or finder business http://themeforest.net/item/directory-portal-wordpress-theme/3840053 No problem for payd for this plug in because I have 3000 items for import thanks
I understand. however it’s not a simple feature and we need many tests for different content. that theme has a great team. I believe they spend a lot of time. I was a fan of the theme and I created my own import codes (with ASP) it worked (when they didn’t have the plugin) I will reply you on our ticket on Monday or sooner.

Admin creates custom fields for each category, that need to be filled by businesses owners during the process of listing submission. Advanced search module allows visitors to refine search results within each category, based on the custom fields pre-set by admin.
Is possible ?

We have heard good things about the plugin but we have not tried it out. If we test the plugin, we will need to work on the compatibility but given our busy workload, we have not been able to.
We are guessing it will have several important issues we need to handle with the plugin to make it compatible.

Sorry we missed the point of your questions.
1. It is possible to let only Admin to post but we have not tried disabling membership completely. We expect there will be problems if you disabled membership. The membership is connected with many links.
2. The Rating & Favorite will not disappear but they will be useless. The links are connected with membership.

1. Currently it is not possible. Items do not get approved before getting posted. However, it is a good idea and we would appreciate it if you posted in on our support site as a suggestion. Once we complete our busy workload, we will have a look at it and see if we can work on it next.

I have checked again please try ( Dashboard >> Theme settings >> Default Publish Status >> Pending.) then the new items will be “pending”. one of my best told me it works fine. I believe it works when it’s free option.

1) Does this theme utilize schema.org markup for listing info like name, address, and phone. How about for reviews like aggregate review? If not, planned?
2) Possible to have a “business account” and “user account” so users can sign up just to rate and review listings but cannot publish new? If not, planned?
3) I saw on another post you have a interface to mailchimp? Any way to separate business owners and standard users for upload? Want to be able to send different emails to each group. If not, planned?

1) It is being delayed at the moment due to our busy workload but we are working on this.
2) It is in our plan. We will get working on it once we finish our urgent tasks. It needs a little looking-into because of price table.
3) Currently, there is no way of separating groups. We support compatibility between Mailchimp. The separation of groups is Mailchimp’s support area.
4) We are working on this now – we hope to add it for our next update but it’s not confirmed.
5) We have been working with the format of WordPress. Our theme allows you to change “Item” to anything (e.g. shop, restaurant, etc). We are working on the rest.
6) This is the best page to view for payment plans: http://javothemes.com/directory/home-archive/ When you logged in with demo user you couldn’t see where you could upgrade because only admins can view that option. It is possible to allow free listings and also we think the next update will include featured/premium listing feature.
7) We agree it makes sense to stay on a page and login. We are working on this as well.
8.) Once we are finished with our urgent tasks, we will work on having featured events. We are mainly focused on directory work because of the nature of the sites. A lot of our work is related to directory issues. However, once we complete our current workload, we will get to events and other features.
