Hello: I was wondering if for you sample Avada Themes Page http://theme-fusion.com/avada/ you changed the default max-width from 940px to 1100px manually (Options themes). When I create a child-theme I get the class avada-row to max-width 940px. If I switch it to 100% width, I still get my content wrapped in 940px max-width. how do I overwrite it or increase the width of my content to a similar width you have on your avada theme sample without affecting the [fullwidth] shortcode. Thanks

Hello I am stressing out, bought a second version of your theme to find out that i am getting a blank page after installing the theme.
impoorting the demo content and regenerated thumbnails. even reset the them and im still on a blank page..

Have you done any work on making this a faster theme to load? If so, can you elaborate on what part? Speed of loading is a major part in UX and sofar I have not seen anyone boast that they have a fast theme. Benchmarking against Google Pagespeed and Pingdom Tools are popular and also free to use.

Yes we’ve done a lot of work, and we feel it is significantly fast for a theme of this size with the features we have. It is a delicate balance with the features and setup. We are well aware of all the speed testing tools. Also, this is on our main item page: http://d.pr/i/h6m7 Those are scores from GTMetrix.
In addition, our demo uses all features with a lot of content (images). The average user site will score even higher than that if they are not using everything and most will have less content too.

Have you followed the steps to make a post and add the featured image? So you see the image preview in the featured image box? http://theme-fusion.com/support/documentation/avada-documentation/#page-item-80340
Maybe you have them turned off on single page. The setting is in theme options > blog or the blog shortcode, depends on which you are using.

1. Does this theme gives any conflicts when using the Formidable Pro plugin?

1. We’ve not tested that ourselves so cannot guarantee it, however it should be fine. If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.
2. Depends on the options the plugin offers, our mega menu allows for widgets so it should be easy if they provide a widget or shortcode for the forms.

Widgets are in your Wordpress admin under Appearance > widgets
I mean areas on the screen (left, right, footer, menu, etc
Hmm I think I’m missing your question.
Widgets are in your amdin section, and you add them to the different locations of the theme (sidebars, footers, sliding bar) in Appearance > widgets section. They can go in footers, sliding bar, sidebars.

I’ve had an open support post, http://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/logo-is-missing-from-rwd-mobile-version/#post-300719 regarding the logo not appearing when viewed on a mobile phone.
Ryan attempted to resolve and I apparently had the ACL incorrect for you guys to log into which I corrected.
I just received a response from Keymaster Ammar C. closing my support request and just writing “Cheers”. He did not solve the issue nor did he offer up any solution whatsoever.
What kind of support is this?????

Ammar did not understand that you only meant the admin rights were changed. It was a simple mistake.
We would never just blow off a user and say “Cheers”, Ammar thought you were saying it was complete.
In addition, your issue was due to not having the correct values inset for the logo width and height.
It has been resolved.

It is possible, but not with our current set of options, it would require some customizations. I’ve seen somein the apst from users but it was custom work.
Maybe in the future we can add this as a built in option, it would be cool.

I can’t link to all of my portfolio items, i have a custome portfolio slug “case-studies and whenever i try to acess the page i just get a 404.
I have reset my permalinks and still no joy, i can see the individual portfolio items but not the entire list.

So you want to take a currnet page content, and move it over to a new page on another site? Click on the default editor in WP and copy all the apge content from the TEXT editro tab, then paste it into the same location on the new site.
