I am setting up custom-post-type and taxonomy.But i can not make the fusion builder work.Can you tell me how to make it work?

Currently it does not include a hook for custom post types so additional work would be needed unfortunately that goes outside of what we can provide in support, but the good news is we will be adding a hook for it in a future release.

Do you mean the page options for each page? They should show on any custom post type.

Why when in the Social Media Section of Avada, the RSS/Feed option creates a menu with a wrong URL ? For example
Example 1 If I have something like this: http://mydomain.com the RSS/Feed should point to: http://mydomain.com/feed/ right ? Example 2 And if I have something like this: http://mydomain.com/blog/ the RSS/Feed should point to: http://mydomain.com/blog/feed/ right ? The problem is that right now the second example is not working as I think it should. When I click the Example 2 is pointing to: http://mydomain.com/blog/mydomain.com/feed/I’m I doing something wrong ? Can you suggest me something ? Thanks

Hi, I have done a fresh install of version 3.6.2 and I keep getting an error message when importing demo content to say it didn’t upload correctly. I have all the settings as per your recommendations in support and running latest WordPress. Version 3.6.1 installed with no issues and same PHP5.ini file (increased. What i don’t understand is everything seems to working OK (129 pages, pictures and sliders). Anything I should be concerned about? Regards
Hmmm no if the content is there then it should be fine. Also the content is for a quick setup so nothing that would be an issue for import will cause concern. The only thing you may see is a missing image or something if it did not import, but from the sounds of it it did.

I updated my Avada theme to 3.6.2 and also Woocommerce 2.2.6
But I can no longer see the products on my category page. Please help! Its URGENT!

Hi. This theme is great. I just wonder if I can combine one page parallax for the main page, with several columns in dropdown menus, with the separate pages.
I mean.. basically, I am thinking of making 1)main page to be one page parallax, so if I click some menu, it scrolls down automatically. 2)And if I hover over the other menu, the dropdown menu appears with many columns. And then, 3)when I click another menu, it goes to another page, not stick to the main page.
Is that possible? I assume it would be possible, but just make sure before purchasing..

Yes you can do that, the one page or any page can have a menu such as that. You should still make the parent level menu items the one page links, but the dropdowns can link to any other page.

So it shouldn’t be like the regular menu style? I mean, for example, if I have click the “ABOUT” button on the menu, it should goes to the about section in the middle of the main page. and if I hover over the “ABOUT” menu, dropdown menu appears, and that submenu is linked to the other page. Ah… I wish I could explain better,. So sorry I am not good at explaining.. I don’t really understand “the parent level menu”. All the menu including the index page (one page parallax) need to be same, stays there….

The menu style will not change, any one page site can still have the regular dropdowns with other links to other pages

Yes any page or post can have a separate menu, the one page has to have a separate menu to link to sections on the same page. But that does not mean you cannot add dropdowns to it, you can still create a regular menu for the one page.

Hmmm that is not an out of the box feature, you will need some kind of payment portal. There should be many plugins that offer this type of feature, I would suggest searching on google or wp plugin directory to find one that suits your needs.

Check to see if you have google fonts selected, if you do it overrides the standard fonts. Look at the descriptions of each section.
If that is not the case, then it could be browser or server or plugin cache so check those if you have them.
Also, with standard fonts, each browser may render it a bit differently.

Here are three questions: 1. How well is this theme coded in terms of SEO? 2. Do you have any money back guarantee? (no offence) 3. On the homepage with moderate setup (general setup), how heavy is that page in terms of size?

1. We feel it is well SEO is also dependent on your content as well, and a plugin like Yoast is recommended to use.
2. No sorry we or any theme here cannot offer that as Themeforest handles that and they do not offer it.
3. This is hard to answer because it depends on your content also. But speed or performace should not be an issue.

Hi, One WordPress installation is okay for Turkish, English, Russian and Arabic languages with WPML or one WordPress installation for Turkish, English, Russian (LTR) languages and, one WordPress installation for Arabic (RTL) language?
Hmmm not sure since that involves an RTL language, but I think it may be possible with one install. I would contact WPML support on this one, they are experts in dealing with their plugin.

Mmk, spoke too soon. I’m running into a couple issues with how the site appears on mobile devices. On iOS 8 phones, the logo doesn’t load, along with the slider images and the menu. On iOS 7, everything loads except the logo will load and then disappear after 5 seconds. On an iPhone 4s (with iOS 7) it doesn’t load responsively (Although this may be because of the phone itself). Can you provide any insight into why this might be happening? I’m sure that this is on my side and not a problem within the theme, but man I’m lost!

Slider images and the menu is something entrely different though, that does not sound theme related. Maybe a 3rd party plugin conflcit?

Hmmm no we do not have that type of feature, however you could use a membership type plugin for that. Most themes will be the same also unless this is a specific feature thy have, most rely on a plugin. I’d google “membership plugins” to see what is out there and what can fit your needs.

For an arrow that will scroll down the page, this may not work but you can try to use the one page text link with an image in a rev slider layer. But if that does not work, it would take some custom dev to achieve.

The lightbox will auto adjust for each video or image, to go outside of what you see will take custom edits as well. We use prettyPhoto lightbox at this time.

Hi again, another question… Which Wordpress language must I install (for example en, fr, de etc) with WPML ( I will use en, ar, ru and tr with WPML )?
The language you can mark in your config file should be your default language, whichever one you wish that to be.

Hi, Great theme… Thank you… I have a question. I couldn’t see on demo site that, is it possible any page link via any image with image hover effect? Like this page:

The featured images for blog and portfolio posts are the only ones that will have that image rollover effect at this time. Although, we are debating adding the effect to regular images used via the image frame shortcode, but cannot say exactly when that would be.
