RTL styles from rtl.css file is picked up when you set a language that’s RTL from wp config.

Otherwise you’ll find all styles in RTL – which you can append or load separately.

Yes sure this can be done using wp-admin > Appearance > Menu builder.

If Portfolio items or Work Types aren’t listed in menu builder – you are in Menu page click ‘screen options’ ( top right ) where you can tick the items you like selectable for menu.

Currently fullscreen videos are displayed as seen in demo. You’ll most likely need to create a custom template file or use a fullwidth page with video and quote as contents. You can add the video as an embed inside the contents along with the quote.
