Unfortunately that theme does not work with firefox on mobile devices. The menu will not pop up and on the product page (showcase) the product slider is displayed incorrectly. Have you a solution?

Although we support only the default browsers of the mobile devices, I’ll do my best to provide a solution with the next version of the the theme. I was using version 1.4.1 and updated to version 1.5 and started having problems with the template builder. When trying to edit one of the pages it is loading infinitely. I looked for similar problems in the comments here and noticed that the ThemeForest your recommendation for this case is that all plugins are disabled. I performed this procedure and the problem continues. I need an urgent solution.

It can be done only by custom css codes. Here is a sample code that changes the background color of the sidebar only. Put the following css code into the box inside Styling Options / Custom CSS

The built-in contact form uses WordPress’s mail system. If it is not working you can assume that something wrong with your server or WordPress configuration. Anyway, many similar cases has been resolved by installing this 3rd party plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ and use it instead of the default one.

I’m just having a problem with one small thing that is usually really straightforward, how do I turn off the page heading so I can create my own? I can see that you can move it from the sub header to the main content, but can’t see anywhere to turn it off.

It can be done by using the template builder.
1) Go to, RT-Theme 18 -> Template Builder 2) Create a new template and uncheck page title (and breadcrumb menu if you want) option inside the “Header Options” of the template. 3) Add a “Default Content” module into your template 4) Assign the template with any page you want to customize like this.

Hi there,
I recently made a staging site so that I can do some new styling work. Everything went all good except in the template builder I am getting the following error.
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ien10703/public_html/eng/wp-content/themes/rttheme18/rt-framework/classes/page_layouts.php on line 130
Most of the templates are working (getting the lightbox etc) but for any page templates with slider it’s not showing up anything.
if you can suggest a way I could resolve this, it would be great.

It seems something corrupted during the staging websites moving to the live url. You can try to export the templates from the staging install and import to the live site. I recommend have a backup first.
