How do I make the menu appear right at the top of the page instead of appearing right at the top of the page. Mozilla’s inspect element shows that the css class is inline and shows the following code:
top: 20px; position: absolute; width: 100%; opacity: 0.9;

hello, you should edit css via less file, go to templates>imagic_template>less>theme.less
if you want to use css then. firstly go to your administrator panal > extensions > templates manager > imagic_template > advanced and disable less. so you may use css. thank you

I want to put a negative rating for this template and is not possible… corious!!!
I really do not recomend to buy this template. I have a lot of problems and nobody help me from support team. This template do not respect responsive design and has a lot of bugs on smartphone devices specially with slide-show based on HTML5. Be Careful before buy templates!!! test the demo first in all devices (apple and Android) and you will see that has a lot of bugs. You can see my past posts.
One Question. Is it possible to integrate a shopping cart system with your theme? If so, which one(s) out here would you recommend? How is the possibilities of having the CSS’s work together in order to maintain look and feel, and site’s consistency and uniqueness? Very interested on buying this theme this week.

On the other hand I could install the Quickstart package
It is very important to solve these two problems today because tomorrow I have to present advances to my client.
I can not give you access to the hosting for business because a confidentiality policies. If you need to enter into the hosting we can generate a quote by skype or hangouts so you can guide me to solve the problem.
I can give you is the user and password of joomla if you need it to solve this two problem.

I send a message to you with screenshots ans everything needed to solve my problem but had no answer.
When installed on a localhost, i tried to put off the isonsys logo, and the site won’t appear anymore, blank page. Administrator still works, and other templates also works.
I turned it on again in case of, but no website apearing !
Do you have the solution ???
I need to do this website and can’t start again from the beginning.

Ok so as there is no response from the support (again) i searched by myself.
It seem that in fact you can’t update your joomla version without having a blank page in frontend.
So if you have the same problem as me just install, update helix framework (or you won’t be able to modify the template ! ) and don’t touch anything else ! Just do your site like that without updating.
I see that there’s someone who purchased the template three month ago and still don’t have the update so don’t wait for it unfortunetly.
Same thing for languages, just take the exact pack corresponding to your language and joomla installation, or it won’t work.
It’s a beautiful template, well done in back and frontend but the support is awful, i can’t lose so much time waiting without an answer like that !
You do the job until the end or you don’t do it, that’s it in fact. And they don’t do it.

Hello, I have purchased iMagic template. I have one problem. Cannot get K2 Categories page into 3 columns. I have setted everything correct, but something is breaking the layout. Second item is inside the div.itemContainer of previous item, so items are nested. Look here: http://www.zciny.sk/nova/index.php/clanky How to fix it?
When I change template to another one, problem disapear. So I think problem is in the template….is there anybody?
