I have this web, www.dobleluz.com The problem with the theme for me is that when i designed my first page, i use the same model than cesar theme (portfolio 4 columns). The problem now is that despite its perfect if you see in the computer, for mobile device, every image of this first page has the same size than the slider. In the cesar theme, if i use a mobile device, it is perfect, but i dont know how to do it.

Other question is about the spin wheel in slider. I´d like it doesnt appear while an image is charging. I mean about the one in the center of the slide between one picture and other.

Question: is it possible to fix the menu at the top of the website? I don’t like that it goes down when I go down on the pages.

I have some basic questions regarding this theme;

1) How do I create the moving text banners shown overlaid on the homepage images in the demo? 2) My images are not showing in the blog posts 3) When I click on an image in a blog post, will it display as a full page slideshow (that’s what I want)? 4) The log does not show anywhere, why not? 5) When I add a shortcode (dropcap), nothing happens 6) How do I use a gallery or a portfolio as a page linked from the menu?

Just purchased this theme today, first problem was immediate – it wouldn’t let me install to my wordpress blog (came up with an install error & after trying all work arounds I had to install by FTPing all the files & directories manually to my blog. The blog now sees the theme but I get another error:

I have set up a slider on my homepage, and have gone into Global Settings and set the width as “960” and height as “510” – which is the size my images are and the size I want it to display as. But it appears to be stretching the slider too big and I cannot figure out why. What’s going on?

How can I post a video at the top of a gallery page without it being huge and taking up the entire screen? Can I control its dimensions?

I looked through the manual and I can’t seem to find a solution for my question. Perhaps you can direct me to where I could find it. If it helps, you can take a look at my website to see exactly what I mean. Two of the pages where you can see specifically what I am referencing are www.alliekushnir.com/watercolors and www.alliekushnir.com/video . On the watercolors one I have a gallery of images with a video above. The dimensions of the video are supposed to be much smaller but they always fit the screen, making it difficult to view through the website as they are so large. On the videos page, there is a similar situation but it is a page solely of videos and all of them are difficult to view because they are so large. I have changed the video dimensions in the code but this does not change their appearance on my website. I’m hoping you have a suggestion of how I can change this or at least point me to where I can find instructions for dealing with it in the manual.

Hi. I noticed that there is a lot of people requesting instructions to remove the white box that appears when you move the cursor above the image in a gallery and you keep recommending them to use the Tweaky service. If you still didn’t have the time to make this a simple adjustment on the control panel, why don’t you instruct us how to remove this on the CSS code? It is really anoying having a white box above the pictures, that are what we really want to showcase. Thank you in advance!

1) When I try to see my blog page I’m getting the message “THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING CESAR THEME …”. You said on another comment to unselect “Posts page” option and select the blog page as “Front page”. It did work, but that it’s not what I want! I want to keep my home page as “Front page” and my blog page as “Posts page”, because I want the posts to be on the address: “www.[domain]/blog”, and my home to be on the address “www.[domain]”. How can I solve this?

2) To try the blog, I did what you said (unselect “Posts page” option and select the blog page as “Front page”). But the image is covering the whole page! See for yourself: http://www.deborabossois.com.br/ (I’ll keep this configuration until you answer me).

Hi again I’ve set up lots of wp sites with many different themes but I just can’t seem to get the blog page to work on this one as it seems to think it’s the front page?? I’ve read your theme docs etc all seems as it should re instructions however I’m getting this message on what should be the blog (news) page:

Currently there are 2 options to setup your homepage content.

1) Setup homepage gallery, header and music

Open Theme Setting > Homepage and Select homepage gallery. You can also change homepage gallery style there. Next you can insert music to your homepage gallery. Simply upload .mp3 file and click “Insert to post” button.

If you select “static image” as homepage style then you can upload background image in “Static Background Image Settings”.

2) Setup homepage as static page

You can also setup homepage content as static page. From your admin sidebar, open Settings > Reading> Front page displays then select “static page”.

Note: Theme documentation’s located in your downloaded file from Themeforest. Please follow the theme’s instructions in /manual/index.html it will help you get through all theme features.

Hello I can see that a few other users that have purchased your theme have had problems with the scrollbar when using the gallery template.

I am also having the same problem where the scrollbar is not accessible because it is hidden behind the header. It is also not very wide.

As this is a gallery site this issue needs resolving URGENTLY.

Could you please let me know when you have a fix.
