Is there a way to make the Google Map and the form change place without changing the template?

Hmmm not without modifying teh contact.php template. We are going to add some options for more flexibility on contact page.
What you can do though for now is build a new page and use Contact Form 7 plugin, which allows you to insert a form shortcode, place that up top, then the map down below with google map shortcode.

Yes you can insert rgba values for the flip box background color.
rgba(255,255,255,.1)
Put that in the color field, you may have to insert it twice though. But that will work.

Hey!
We do provide support for any theme related questions in using it with our included options and setup. We are not able to provide support for code customizations or third-party plugins though.
Most things like colors or sizes can be easily changd with our included options, for example the main menu hover color has its own option, no css is required for that.
And we do have a mega menu included also, or you can choose to use a plugin like Ubermenu.

That looks like the “main nav height” setting has changed. Go to the menu tab in theme options and look for that option. Right now it is set very high which is creating that gap. Set it lower to get it in the right place.

Yes takes time if to start if you select a field with the cursor, in your link works perfect. any suggestion?
If it works good on our link, then it could be a 3rd party plugin or customization issue because our link uses the same files. Try those two areas above. Also I’d try to remove the form plugin then reinstall also. If the issue persists we can take a look on our support forum if you post a new topic, but most likely it is one of those two things.

Pre-purchase question: The main purpose of my website is to present my products professionally. Three seperate Power Point slideshows (each consisting of 15 slides) were designed to visually explain the three products. The best size for crisp clear view of these slides is 1050×1050 pixels. The slides should be installed on three seperate pages. My question is: Is it possible to embed these Power Point slideshows hassle free into your theme (without breaking any part of your beautiful and functional theme)? I’m not really keen on external links to third party sites to display these slides. Thank you for your time.

If you have the slides as regular images, that would be best. Insert them on the page one after another woudl work. Or you could insert them in one of our sliders so they play like a slideshow. The actualy powerpoint file itself will not embed, but you can export that file as jpegs and then use those.

Im trully impressed. I led the development of a framework similar to AVADA for our company only but AVADA + Wordpress gave me an entire new perspective for our clients.
Im definetelly going for it and I have a very important question:
I understand that the pre-built “Home” pages are a collection os differente resources combined, like Posts, Sliders, nav menus, forms and so on.
I did not find any specific instruction on how to setup custom homepages, combining these elements to my clients needs.
Can you point me to some information that will get us on track quickly? We are purchasing our first license today.

Yes teh pre built pages are just a collection of already designed pages. But you can create your own by using the page builder, all of those elements are there ready to be used on a new page. Add the elements you want from the top nav bar to the content area, rearrange them, set the settings and save

This is the best theme i think, but i’ve found a small bug in fusion page builder.
Background Color of the full width container not saved if the fusion page builder is active. But if i changed the view to default editor from fusion page builder, the Background Color save was correct.
I’ve tested on a live page and full new wp witout any modules.
Can i download any fix for this bug?

I truly love your theme – you guys are incredible!
Question: I’m having an issue with portfolio images. When I set up the 3 column page like your one (http://theme-fusion.com/avada/3-column/), the images show up, but the actual photo stops before the right border does – so I’m left with a gap on the right side …. the photo’s are big enough, any idea why it might be doing this?
I have tried the regenerate thumbnails plugin, but that made no changes. It’s like the images aren’t wide enough for the border area… how can I fix this?

Ahh I had the site width on 1100px and not 940px!! Makes sense now! Thank you so much!!
Yeah the “fixed” setting for portfolio featured images uses cropped image sizes, which are based off a 940px grid, so if you go over 940px site width, you will see them fall short of the container. Best to use “auto” size for larger site widths. Or stick to 940px for fixed.

I’m almost sold on this theme! Before purchasing it, I’d just like to double-check one thing. Does your team provide customer service regarding customizing this theme? For example, if I ask how to change the main menu hovering color, do you provide a CSS code for that? I got so frustrated with the lack of customer support from the theme I just purchased. So I’d just like to make sure I’ll be fully supported with this theme. I have working knowledge of HTML/CSS/wordpress, but I’m not a programmer. We provide a lot of options so users do not need to know code. However, we cannot cover everything and depending on what you want to do you may need to use custom CSS, which we offer a field for in theme options. Changing code takes a lot of work, and no author I know of offers this for free unless it is very very minor. We can at times offer a minor css fix, but that is up to the discretion of our support team depending on the time involved and the implications it could have. one minor change could lead to a larger issue, or change in the next update. This is why authors cannot give customization work out, it would take up all our time and prohibit further development of the theme.

We already purchased Avada theme, and found it is very good, but have some suggest:
1. Add sitemap to display all pages, FAQ,posts, Catelogues, etc,
2. Add chinese share tool ,such as baidu,weibo,,,,,,etc .
3. Improve chinese translate,
4. add more Theme Skin and Predefined Color Scheme select, Current is simple,
5. add more non-google fonts , because in china we can not use any google service , it is blocked in china, so if selecting google service ,the speed of website is very slow, always loading google service .We expect to improve it in next version, and We think more and more chinese customers will love this theme.Best RegardsHey

1. We’ve not added a sitemap yet, but it is on our list for some future update, however it will not be the next version or two.
2. You can enter a custom social icon for this now, one custom social icons can be sued throughout the site.
3. This is done by our user base as we do not speak Chinese. Please refer to this: http://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/help-us-translate-avada/
4. This is a possibility, but it is low on our list since users can create their own color skins with the options.
5. We use all the standard system fonts that can be used on any device or computer. Check the standard system fonts in theme options. Any font outside of that would need to be a custom font which we are not allowed to include with the theme.
For Google, we use google fonts and maps. Google fonts will not load if you do not select them in theme options. And google maps can be disabled in theme options > advanced.

To use the standard fonts for something, just make sure that no fonts are selected for google fonts or custom fonts for that area, like headings.
Google fonts should say “select font” http://d.pr/i/13sSu
And yes, google fonts will not load if you have “select font” for each of the google font options. We should change that wording to “None” or “No Google Font”
no ,when I selected Standards, and had “select font” for each of the google font options, I found fonts.googleapis.com was loading(connecting) in frontend, because of google is blocked in china ,so our website is always loading when opening website , how to seting fonts in backend?
That is probably from the maps, you need to also disable that as stated above on the advanced tab in theme options.

I cannot get this background off the homepage. It is in boxed mode but will not let me change to a pattern or a solid color, nothing. Please advise. Also Im using Chrome

How do I get rid of the date the page was published in search results? When I search for my company; The Horizon Group, it shows the date it was published – sort of like a blog article, but it’s a static page. I don’t want the static pages to show the date it was published. Thanks!
