I have a problem with the row layout section. When I select a row dimension of 3/6 + 1/6 +1/6 + 1/6 it puts the larger column on top and not to the left – I’ve tried 1/6 + 1/6 + 1/6 + 3/6 and it works perfectly so I’m a bit confused why it won’t accept it the other way around.
Also, is there a way to center images in the colums? When I make the images the same size as the column it looks centered, however they are (of course) not in the center on mobile and tablets.

Hi, Visual Composer doesn’t understand 3/6, it should be 1/2
I’m just a bit confused as it understands 3/6 when the larger column is on the right and doesn’t when its on the left – but ill just redesign the page.

Hi, concerning centering of styled image: in visual composer it is not possible, it is possible only with our columns shortcode. However you can insert a simple image using RT editor and center it

I understand that IE8 will not be able to render some visual effects because it is not a modern browser.
But I am seeing that it is also not respecting columns. If I create two columns in Visual Composer 1/2 and 1/2 and put a text block in each column, IE8 stretches the columns to full page width and places one on top of the other, not side by side. I have not added any margins or padding to these columns.
Is this expected behavior?

Hi, yes, it is an issue of visualcomposer handling, but you can try to use our two, three and four columns shortcode

This was troubling for me because our analytics show enough IE8 users that we want to be able to support that browser. And although using column shortcodes did work, it did not give us enough options. So I did some digging and found a IE8 conditional stylesheet for Visual Composer, modified it for this theme, and called it from header ,php in my child theme. And so far, it seems to be working! Just wanted to share that with you.

I am creating a new website locally before pushing it live and am wondering if there is a way to use the plugin “Ubermenu” so that I can benefit from menu including pics, icons… I tried but the (uber)menu didn’t align with the logo while it does when using the Codeus standard menu.

initially we wanted to include Ubermenu in Codeus theme, but unfortunately the plugin author doesn’t want to sell developer license, so it is no way to do it ;( Try to play with css, maybe you can adjust something.

The usual standard license on Themeforest covers the usage of the theme on one domain. So you can purchase it for one domain, test it there, uninstall it and install it later on other domain. Important thing is just that you use the theme only on one domain at once. Or you can develop your website on one domain, test it and when it is finished, transfer this website on Live domain, using Migrate DB – is usual practice.

Hi. If I center the site logo above the menu using the CSS your provided, it increases the height required for the header. So when scrolling and the fixed header is hard-coded to a certain height, part of the logo is cut off even with the small logo. Is there a way to increase the height of the fixed header?

Hi, these scores are because of rich layerslider contents we are using. If you will not use such sliders with very big images and a lot of interactivity, the scores would be much better

I don’t know, on which hosting you will place the theme etc. – there are a lot of external factors influencing the speed. In anyway if you will use something like WP SuperCache your website should be very quick

I’d like to know if it’s possible to have a different background colour for one part of the page (like the quickfinders have on the front page (http://d.droppinstudio.dk/nydrop/). I can only get the background of the columns to change, but not the full width, example: http://d.droppinstudio.dk/nydrop/cases/case-eksempel/ (the top and sides should be yellow as well).

I am interested in buying te Codeus theme for our company website redesign, however I am concerned that its not very responsive when viewed on an iPhone 5. Its not resizing to fit the screen and you have to scroll to the right to view the entire page.
Can you please confirm if this theme is responsive to mobile devices and how I can test it before I purchase?

Hi, yes, Codeus is resposive. I have just double-checked it on iPhone 5 and I cannot see any abnormality. Hi. I just downloaded Codeus yesterday and I really like how it looks and all the features. But I am having problems with Theme Options. Changes I make are only visible to me as long as I am logged in to WP. And my settings are not visible in other browsers where I am not logged in. This happens no matter which browser I use to administer my site. Clearing caches and quitting and restarting the browsers have no effect. Also, Reset style settings does not work. Another possible clue is that when I Save Changes, it appears to save twice.
Any ideas as to what I might try to fix this?
