Hi,
I need all links to be green, and I’ve tried changing the links to green with a { color: #006400; }
In the styles.css, but it’s not changing the link colors. The links are not visible at all with the current style. I there somewhere else I need to change the link colors?

I am not happy at all with the support I am getting. I provided my WordPress info for the person assisting me with my ticket. However, they must have not seen it and asked again. Same with FTP. I provided my FTP info when they asked for it, yet the person assisting me asked again for my FTP info after I had already provided it! The only replies I am getting from this ticket are “Can you please give us your WordPress and FTP info”. I already have provided my WordPress and FTP info.
Now, I appreciate your support, and the help you are giving me. But it seems pointless to ask for my FTP and WordPress info if I have already provided it, multiple times before!

Where I can enter custom CSS? .. Adding CSS in the “style.css” file unconfigures at slider ..
Another thing, the theme does not support child themes?
Find header code option in theme options. Here you can put your style. css code under <style> tags. Theme is child theme supported but some of the functionalities are limited which are not supported with child theme.

1. on the poitics demo, the post sliders are too fast can the speed be changed
2. Can a separate payment gateway plugin be used instead of paypal for donation?
Thanks for nice words about our theme. 1: Yes, you can change the slider speed via following path; Navigate to admin side -> appearance -> CS Theme Options -> Slider Setting -> Flex Setting -> Change the slider speed -> Save the Settings. 2: Yes, you can use it as you want but its depends on your plugin.
I made a support ticket on your site at least a week ago. I went to check it the other day, but I didn’t have my ticket ID. So i requested my ticket ID (or whatever you do to get that back) and I still haven’t got a response yet. My client is getting impatient.

I am trying to adjust the home slider timing (too fast), I have gone through the step to changing the settings under Appearance > CS Theme Option > Slider Setting > Flex Slider but to no avail. Any other place I can change it? Or apply changes to js file/add js to template page? Cheers
The home page slider is the Post slider, the option you mentioned is for flex slider. To change the home page slider timing, please Go to functions-theme.php and follow the screenshot at http://postimg.org/image/yw1bb8k6x/, at line # 1069, change the time as per your needs.
Cheers. Another issue I am having is that when selecting Galleries in the admin panel and viewing a gallery post I cannot go past the 1st page of pagination. It only stays on page 1 for the media selection. Any way around this?
in admin_functions.php on line # 3158, there is a function media_pagination() , replace ( $keys = $values; ) by ( $$keys = $values; ) You will have what you want.

How do you make images clickable. for example if i have a grid layout on homepage, i want someone to be able to click on a image as well as the title.
You can make it yourself very easily. You need to give link via theme backend. Simply Go to Admin Side -> Gallery -> Edit the Gallery which you want -> Mouse-over over the image to which you want to give link -> Click on Edit icon -> Give the title -> Select the url type from Drop Down -> Give the link in input field -> You are done!!!

Please follow below mentioned steps to change the functionality via back-end Go to Admin Side -> Appearance -> CS Theme Options -> Slider Setting -> Flex Slider -> increase there pause time in the input field according to your choice -> All done !!
Hi. I just purchased this theme and I seem to be having some issues with the slider. Would you be able to explain how to replicate the slider that is presented on the “Politics” theme style.
I have tried using the flex slider but when I go to view the slider it gives me a 404 error?

There is option in this theme to show posts in slider. You can also adjust it on front home page.

I’m having the same issue as @dnourie.
I have 2 causes so I should get that list from the Model Window Buttons menu to select a cause for the donations button, but I don’t, and I think that’s the reason the first tab is not showing. I did create a ticket and hope this can be fixed.
@dnourie, please update us if there is a fix for this.
For some reason the fix is to have at least 1 registered donation, email and name must be completed, and the minimum donation threshold is $200 in order for the cause to show up in the dropdown of causes from the model window buttons menu. The cause itself also has to have a target amount.
WHY? This makes no sense. But… it’s a quick fix nonetheless.
PS I found that fix by reimporting the dummy data (without reuploading everything because that would be annoying to remove again)

On my home page, I have used the builder to add a quote. The builder allows me to add the color I want the quote to be, but it’s not working.
I was able to left align the text, but no matter what color I put it, it doesn’t take. This is an example of what I tried #009900.
Also, I’d like that text to be larger. It’s too small.

BUT it only displays the example causes. I renamed one of the causes as generic, just to get a temporary fix. The only difference I can tell from import causes and my own, is all of mine start with $0. It only seems to work on causes that already have a dollar amount, which makes no dense. This donations feature is really buggy. Hoping we get fixes because I really like the donations feature. HELP Support!

Sorry, two more issues.
On my front page, the Support Us does not bring up all three option in the model box, but it does on my local installation.
To work with this feature I went to:
CS Theme Option > Donations > Modal Window Buttons
There I filled in the information for all three Tabs, yet only two of those are displaying if you click the front page Support Us button in the header. On my local installation it does work properly and I don’t see anything different in how I set it up.
Meant to mention . . . in the Modal Windows Buttons area, my Causes do not come up in the selector. I do have 5 causes so I should get that list, but I don’t, and I think that’s the reason the first tab is not showing.
Please go to & check in Model Window Buttons -> Donation dropdown category -> Select there a category that you want to display and it will show up as you want. If you face any issue, Please create a ticket at Chimp Support and provide your url and login details. Issue will be seen and sorted there.

I like the tan divider on the home page under Services, Team, and Recent blogs, however, the color does not match our color scheme. I thought I had found the place to change the color to a different one in styles.css , but it didn’t change.
Can you tell me how to change that color?
It would be nice if in the future, you add to the CS Theme Options the ability to change fonts, colors of fonts and dividers, etc.
This is a great theme, and I’m happy with it. Just a little difficult to make some of the changes I need. I’d like to do that better on my own than always coming back here. Maybe provide a child style.css we can use so updates don’t override our changes.

I was able to remove the tan color from under services, but where is the tan color coming from under each Team member?
This is a style of services element, you can remove it from style.css file in line 3044.
When we add images to articles, the image is way to large. How can I change the current:

If you will change the size, it will effect page design and responsive layout. However, if you want to change the size, please see the sizes in function.php on line # 141 and add that size in page-blog.php on line 150 and 161.
Making those changes didn’t change the size of the featured image. Is there another place that is setting the size for the image?
