I updated in order to fix a problem I was having witht the Brankic Custom Fields but now Brankic Custom Fields doesn’t appear as an option anywhere for me. I tried to find it on the ‘screen options’ tab at the top but the only thing there is the wordpress custom fields. Help would be greatly appreciated, I need to get this site working this week.

I’ve installed the updated version of Big Bang and I’m experiencing major problems.

I’ve had to revert back to an older version of Big Bang and things seem to be functioning ok.

The problems are:

Layout is messed up. Logo missing. Background colours changed to white.

Can you let me know why this is happening?

Again I have update the last version same problem the background has gone margin to …. look horrible .. I had to reinstall the previous version .. can you please generate a page to explain you dear costumers how to update the theme without destroying the work that we all web-master have done for our CLIENTS or you want to keep playing with us?

Hi, I´ve been using BigBang theme for the past 2 years without any problem. Yesterday I tried to update the homepage slider images but the page stayed with a grey transparecy and don´t let me do the changes I´m running the latest version. Can you help me solve this?

I just installed the theme and when I go to make an edit to any page it changes from Full Width to a blog style page with side bar. How can I edit pages and keep the same theme formatting? I’ve tried this without updating anything on the page and just clicking publish gets me the blog page layout.

Hello, For some reason I can’t make a full width blog post, I already changed to full width in Brankic Panel > Blog Pages > FULL WIDTH. But I have post.content of 850px instead of 1225px. Could you help me?

Hi, After WP 4,0 update I’m not able to Set Extra Image anymore. The page is greyed out. Any help would be great!

Updated to the most recent version & it looked HORRIBLE! Had to restore from backup. Hope it’s fixed soon.

I updated the theme and now all setting in the brankic panel where set to default and all extra code (JavaScript, CSS,..) is gone. Unfortunenately, after reinstalling the back-up, the code is still missing. In which file is it generally stored?

We’ve been using your theme for several years without issue. I recently tried to updated the homepage slider images but the page was all greyed out so I couldn’t make any changes.

Our web designer has tried the following and suggested we contact you to get this resolved. • Disabled plugins to see if there was a conflict causing this issue. There’s not. • Downloaded a new fresh copy of the latest theme update, kept the plugins disabled that may have caused the issue when I first tried to upgrade the theme – still the same issue I’m afraid. • The homepage layout (after trying the update) is all over the place, not centred but left aligned & it doesn’t retain the theme settings as it’s supposed to. I did install the 2 ‘required’ plugins, this didn’t fix any of the issues.

We are running the latest version of WordPress and our website is: www.fountainedesign.co.nz

I’d really appreciate getting this issue resolved so that we can update our website.

I just uploaded the zip file and activated the theme and I’m seeing some pretty severe style issues and I’m not sure how to fix them. I’ve also tried to locate the sample content (bigbangwp.xml) to upload but I’m not seeing it within the unzipped file I downloaded from themeforest. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Beautiful theme, excited to get it working.

Hi, i install WordPress v4.0 via Softaculous by my webhosting service I install my theme, import .xml and then install and update the 3 plugins.

When i access to “Brankic Panel” appear this error “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Recent update broke site and deleted custom CSS. I am not using any plugins. Had to restore website from backup. Why does the update require 2 plugins to be installed? This latest update is a backward step unfortunately.

It is a good theme, but I may not upgrade again.

Love the theme but doesn’t work properly on chrome Mac…. that’s a shame!!

just installed most recent update and BLOG section went bonkers not the first time when website goes off after installing an update. restore back to to old version, works fine. will wait for fix of the update. I will be ditching the theme and finding one with better tech support as soon I have more time. this is unacceptable.
