Good day! Is it possible to disable javascript that shows portfolio items after their loading? Items are in “projects_holder_outer”, but they being displayed after full load, its not convenient on large portfolios. So I want to display all items instantly on page load.

Oh, that’s bad. But what is best possible way to display images (portfolio list) in plain, without js? I’m experienced developer, so can handle changing internals. For some reason – iPhone (and iPad) mobile browser instantly crashes when I try to open portfolio list on my site (made using Central theme). I tried on Central theme and everything is OK so seems I’ve broken something but can’t understand what exactly.

If you are familiar with js, you can edit the default.js file and change the “initProjects” function to fit your needs. There you can disable showing portfolio after load. Just remember to minify the content of default.js after that and paste it into default.min.js.

Is there a way to get rid of the item title and category at the top? And if not, can I at least change the color? Also, how do I adjust the dimensions of the embedded video? It’s not even showing up as 16:9.

You can get rid of the title and category at the top of your portfolio items by adding the following code to your custom css:

display: none;
}

As for the video aspect ratio, I don’t know why it would show at any other aspect ratio than 16:9. That’s standard. Plus, I changed the portfolio type, and the video shows up like this. It’s unusable.

Please check that you didn’t unzip the Central folder inside another Central folder, and if you did cut the content out of the inner folder and paste it to the outer folder.

To change these texts please use the Codestyling Localization plugin. After you install it, go to Tools > Localization and there choose the Themes tab. Click on the edit button beside the language and there you will find a list of words you can translate/change. Select the non-case sensitive check-box and then search the word you want to translate/change. After finishing all your edits, click the generate mo-file button and you will have added the changes.

Hallo, have two more question, to the menu (Logo). 1) How can I change the size of the logo in the menu (not the fixed one). I want a bigger Size. 2) And after that: How can I change the Logo in the fixed Menü. I want another Logo (smaller Logo without claim), when the Menu jump to the fix menu.

1. If you would like to change the size of the logo and whole header with menu, then please go to Qode Options > Header and Footer and change the line height for the 1st level menu: http://screencast.com/t/gIu4Fttp7wC
You can only make the logo larger by adding the following code to your custom css field and then just changing the height value to suit your needs:

}
