The form on the contact page does not work, what should I do?
I am using the previous version of the template before it was removed, updated and put back on themeforest by yourselves.
I built a site using the template and when I have checked it with W3C validator it shows 165+ css errors and 16+ html5 errors. Can you please explain why there are so many css errors as I thought templates on themeforest were supposed to be code friendly?

Just checking, but I am trying to embed a video into the image banner on the homepage using the <video> tags.
When I preview in IE, it doesn’t show the video but I can hear the sound. In Chrome I can play the video and hear it but if I click on the timeline to move it, my mouse cursor then becomes stuck in controlling it and everytime I move my mouse it moves the timeline and I can’t stop it.
Any ideas? Andy

I bought this template a while back and whilst I was mid-build it was pulled offline with a comment saying the developer has removed this template.
Now I see it is back on the marketplace yet it is still showing as removed in my downloads page. As far as I’m concerned it is the exact same template. Can you please sort it as I need to redownload it for the updates.
Also, on my template, when I use lightbox-popup, it just shows me the other images on the page. How do I get it so I can have a main image and then the lightbox pops up the remaining images relating to that gallery.
For example, using your template, if I use the portfolio and I have a gallery which is photography, another which is graphic design and I want to show a number of images relating to each, in the lightbox popup, how do I do it? At the moment, your template example just shows up all of the images on the front page of the portfolio itself. Whats the point in that?

Also, what about my other question? I have a bunch of case studies with images and I really need to be able to show these on the home page. Where you have the images with the overlay that say “view larger” and “read more”, I would like to be able to click on the “view larger” and it open a lightbox gallery that users can scroll through.
Can you explain how I achieve this as when I try to add additional links in the same way I do with prettyphoto, it just creates additional link boxes on the overlay.

Ok so I’m not totally sure if I’ve explained my challenge very well so I thought I would try again. If you go to any of your templates where you have a gallery or portfolio. When you click to view a larger version of the image you get the option to click forward to another image. Only the images displayed are already the images on the page.
What I want to do is create an image gallery within an image. I.e. I have an image of a camera and when you click on it, it brings up a larger view of the original image and then more images of cameras. Then if I click on a different main image, say a car, it will bring up the larger image and then some others of cars to scroll through.
Does that make sense? What I’m trying to create is a case study section with an initial image. Then when you click on “view larger” you would see more images from the same case study. The “read more” link would then take you to a full page with description etc.
I have searched at magnific popup but I just can’t get it to work the way I need it. I even checked your other templates and none of them do it.
This feels like a basic requirement to me.
I’m now trying to get the twitter feed working. In the documentation it says find html/php/twitter/index.php page but I don’t have that page. I have a page tfeed/jquery.tweet.js.
Anyways, I don’t see anywhere in the file I have to place the secret token etc or to enter my twitter username. I have no folder called php anywhere.
The documentation is confusing, can you please update it and explain how to get the twitter feed working properly.

I have just noticed that on my uploaded site, the page seems to have loaded fine, but at the top of the page it still shows as trying to load. Do you have any idea why this might be the case?
I thought it might be the flickr and twitter widgets and so I commented out the scripts and removed them from a test page but it still does the same thing.
