Hey there, I like this template a lot but CANNOT adjust the size of the Logo at the top left of the page. I’ve adjusted all CSS properties and it’s not working. I need to make the Logo bigger. Also your support registration won’t accept my purchase code. PLEASE HELP!!

If you mean the Pin icon within the lightbox, there is no option to change it.

Thank you so much! so I have the problem with this line in script: “jQuery(’.is_masonry’).masonry();” and that throw error: “Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).masonry is not a function”. How can I fix it?

It is not bootstrap based. You can read the documentation for obtaining information.
mad_dog, thanks for the reply but the documentation covers basic mods such as colors, changing content, etc. I already know those things. What I’m looking to do is create new pages based on the Oyster theme for my project.
For example, I need to create login/registration/member pages. I’m simply trying to create a small centered box in which to put a simple login form and have spent an entire day with no success. Your theme is great, that’s why I bought it, but I didn’t realize it wasn’t based on Bootstrap and would not be able to easily add pages based on the theme.
So I’ll ask my unanswered questions again:
1) what framework is the theme based on? 2) can you provide a stylesheet guide to help me create my own pages?
I’m asking these questions here, rather than your support form, to alert other potential buyers of the complexities of adding pages to the theme.

1. There is not framework used, it is HTML5/CSS3 website template. 2. Other customers do not have such issues. Please note that the customisation service is not included in the template price. We can help you with the basic changes or if there are some bugs occurs we fix them. But if you want to change the layout of the template design, it is a template customisation. You can read themeforest terms of use.
mad_dog, nowhere did I suggest I wanted YOU to do custom work for me, in fact, I clearly state I want to do it myself but your proprietary framework won’t allow for it. I’m sorry I bought your theme. Even though I like the look of it and it’s a high quality theme if I can’t modify or extend it myself because it’s not developed with a documented framework, then it’s useless to me.
While CSS3 is a standard, you have a proprietary implementation of it, undocumented, which would take a tremendous amount of effort to reverse-engineer your code to make any meaningful changes or additions. In essence, you are forcing your users to pay you to make modifications, even small ones. No thanks.
I’m going to build my project on a bootstrap based theme which has documentation, support and tons of code I can use from other sources. Good luck.

This is a really excellent theme – so many features it was a problem just deciding which ones to use. I used this to build my photography website – took a few days – and I now have a fully functioning site which works really well on computers and iPads. Many thanks to Mad Dog for making it so good. We do not use TeamViewers or other remote software, we can check only on the live working server. Please make sure that you did not make any changes in the code that could affect the work of the theme.
I bought both the html & wordpress Oyster themes and absolutely love them. My entire site I use the html version, but I link to the wordpress Oyster theme for my blog. Everything is exactly how I want it, but the buttons don’t seem to be working for mobile. I only changed names to .htlm’s or images, or deleted elements/modules I didn’t want to clean up the .html file. I didn’t do anything drastic to reorder the html code or change the layout. Any ideas as to why that would be happening and how I could make this more mobile friendly? www.davepreciado.com

Hey mad_dog – I mean the Home, Photography, Blog, About, Tools & Tips, & Contact buttons at the top of my pages. They aren’t visible on Chrome on my Android phone, but work fine on Chrome on my desktop.

I’ve compared my .index with the original file I downloaded and I can’t find any difference between the two, other than me deleting specific lines of theme elements I didn’t want. The bit of code that I thought pertained to mobile browsers <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1”> is there. Am I incorrect?
Did you make the changes in css?
I changed custom file background to transparent, and the text color to #ffffff – that’s it.
I do not know what changes you made, but the template that is available for the download at themeforest does not have such an issue. Please download the entire pack and check it.

Hello! You have to check the template on mobile device, not by resizing the browser.

Hi Mad_dog, very nice theme !
However, it seems to me that the function portfolio_addon() which is use in portfolio_masonry.html does not work.
For example, if I specify 20 entries for the variable items_set and if I declare load_count : 10 in portfolio_addon() the “load_more_works” button appears indefinitely.. (Instead twice)
Can you please give a look at the file sorting.js which contains the function.
