In the Team Photos on this theme, when swapping the images with a photo more relevant to our team member, the circle often reduces in size separating it from the “leaves” it is sitting on…making it look odd. Is there a particular size the image needs to be to stop this happening? I tried to find the images that came with the theme in Media but they don’t appear – where do I find them too please?

It seems that a core wordpress file http://balneariodearteixo.es/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wpeditimage/plugin.min.js is missing in your server. Add that file in that path and check it. If you still have the issue you need to reinstall the wordpress and check it.

Hi, I just received an email for there is an update for Spa Lab. Will every contents stay the same after I install the updated file? Is that the same way as I installed the first time via WP control panel? Thanks as always.

Kindly, follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.
Note: The contents will not change in your site after the update. If you have made any code changes, then it will be lost after the update. Make sure you take a backup of the code changes and replace it after the update.

Actually that page has images, since the images are not there in that path, it did not show in that page. You can use the disable featured image feature to disable the images in the single post page. We are updating the theme in 2 days with that fix, so that you can use that option after 2 days.

Hi. I was uploading images via WP media for the Revolution slider just fine yesterday and all of a sudden any images under 100KB are stalling out as I upload. It’s been almost a day now w/ this problem and I’ve got a deadline to meet w/ this today. I’ve contacted GoDaddy but the support person said it wasn’t a server / database issue but probably rather a theme issue. I’ve deactivated all plugins and this theme temporarily and then reactivated but I still can’t upload my slides (roughly 250 KB each). Any suggestions?

No need to add any code in the shortcodes.php. The shortcode you mentioned is just enough. Make sure you have created the slider in revolution slider with “Slider Alias” as “subscription”

How do I change the color of the text under the Special Gifts & Cards title. Right now it is gray and I want it to be white. When I go to the page and highlight the text and change the color to white the text just disappears on the main site page.
Also the team section is broken I think. The contact form is in the middle of the page.

1) Just add this css code in Dashboard -> Spalab -> Integration -> Custom Css to change the color of that text. Change the color code as per your needs.

2) The team columns issue has been fixed. You have used all the 3 team shortcodes in first column itself which caused the issue. Now we have updated it to show in 3 columns. The contact form is placed below the team. Change it as per your needs.

You need to remove the code from the function dt_sc_recent_post in the file wp-content/themes/spalab/framework/sociable_shortcodes.php. You can’t disable it from the admin side options.
