This template is truely a god send. It has literally every feature I need for my new site. Product comparison tables, HTML5 player, photo galleries unreal. Only thing I need to do is figure out how to link the songs/albums to woocommerce products as I run a beats store. Other than that, A++ Kudos

Pre-sales question : here’s my actual website (musixplore.ca) It work great for 1 thing that I can’t go without. Well I have multiple categories. So that I can run multiple bands on the same website and its the purpose of musixplore as I’m a distro. Well I need a category for each band. So that when I go in the albums all of the albums are there but when I click on a band page I only get the band’s album only. So for a single artist I have a 2 categories (All) (Artist Name). So on the homepage where I have the resume of everything I fetch the All category. On the band page I put the category (Artist Name).

I’m not quite sure if I totally understand your question. BTW, yes, you can pull only specific or multiple categories out on the page you want.

hm, you need to set up online store? In this case you may need to use plugin, like Woocommerce. But note that this will be used as standalone plugin, it won’t be integrated with album, player in this theme.

There aren’t comments provides within the page, btw, you can add this to page.php file to include this.

I saw that some people in the comments had lots of trouble with your player and I have pre-purchase question : my client is a singer and has lots of songs that don’t belong to just one album, but many singles. Is there a way that I put for each song a different cd picture in the floating player and when we play the song the picture changes? Even if it requires changing the code, I could do that. Thank you
Oh sorry, the player will only play music from specific albums,... in this case, you have to do code customization :/

Kick ass theme! Goodlayers always hooking it up! Using this for my uncle’s band’s site. Just barely got it but all the elements are so ideal and work harmoniously! I also use their Flawless theme, would be nice to have that floating top Logo element on taht as well..all in all a great theme you won’t be disappointed with..too many plusses. Thank you!

The problem still persists on safari for windows. It looks like the play button is not a link, I cannot choose any of the available tracks of an album, I can only switch with next/prev button in the fixed player below. Thanks

Hi guys! pre-purchase questions that came from previous commets:
1) In safari to play a song you must select “play” from floating player in the bottom. In album tracks page I cannot seletc/change the audio file. 2) if you add more than 7 songs to an album, you can’t click to the song number 8,9. Is it true?

I have been trying to decide what theme to buy for days now and was just about to purchase this theme when I noticed your reply to serrilmedia above.
You state that the theme is compatible with WooCommerce, however are you saying that there is no way for a visitor to browse the albums and then click on a button to add that album to a WooCommerce shopping cart?
You say that it’s possible to include a link to a third party like iTunes, however would it also be possible to make that link to the WooCommerce product page? On this page there would be an Add to Cart button. Two clicks instead of one, but it might be workable for some potential purchasers of this theme.
It has been many months since this theme was updated. Are there plans to make some updates and improvement to it in the coming weeks?

Sorry for confusion, by our term it supports woocommerce, means that you can use Woocommerce plugin as standalone module without any conflict with the theme. We also put styelsheet on woocommerce to match theme’s style but didn’t mean that it’s integrate with our songs’s feature. It’s totally separated as we create our custom module.

Pre-sale question, I tested this theme on my iphone and found that when pressing play on the albums, the action does not work, I have to press play on the song then on the sticky audio player.
Is there any fix or update for this coming soon. Would love to buy but that bug is a major issue especially for trying to sale music on mobile devices.

thank you seems to be working now. Also could I add my own “Add to cart” button on an album page or have it appear as a hoover feature when the mouse hoovers the album picture on the home page?
Also could the slider on the homepage have embedded video for one of the slides. But something like a revolution slider, where the video is embedded into a picture of a laptop or desktop screen, not a full video slider.

No worries, thanks for your quick reply. On the demo home page, recent news posts are displayed in abbreviated format with it’s associated image. Is it possible to display the event posts on the home page in the same manner?

Ok, no worries. My project is about upcoming events (multiple bands and multiple venues) rather than news. If I post events to the blog, I can have the images I want. This will work for me as long as the event posts can be called by default rather than “Recent News” as it is currently shown on the demo site. To make this acceptable of course I would also need disable the theme installed Events references and functionality. These tactics should be easy to implement without making changes to the code. Is this correct?
Oh then this should be fine. You can use blog post as event (You can change the word ‘Recent News’ to others) To disable event function from backend, just create a support ticket in our support site after purchasing.
