The theme was built allowing only the admin to post ads on the site. The admin can make accounts for the agents or someone else who would add the ads for him.
If you want sellers to post their ads of houses then a good alternative would be a classifieds theme like FlatAds

Hi pre-sales Q: How/where do users search for particular property attributes? the search function only gives you set categories but most users will want for example 2-bedrooms, swimming pool, in Central London etc

Using DslDxpress plugin which is not very appreciated around!! dsIDXpress IDX is owned by Zillow, might be a trick to get your customers info and spam them.
