Hi I am having a problem as i have definitely enabled my 5 Columns and placed the text in the 5th column in my footer but it keeps displaying under the 4th column instead. Please check out our site http://gatewayalarms.ie/ and see footer.

How can we create the full width row w/ the content that fits the width of the site? When we change row properties to full width – the content gets stretched out. All widgets can be found in the rt-framework/widgets folder. There is also a popular_post.php. If you want to alter its behavior please follow the wordpress codex and change the query before the loop is called.

I use this great theme to build my website for months. Here’s a feedback from some of my customers I want to share with you.
I use portfolio to display products, when customers hover over the item images they see a white mask and a icon that looks like a chain link. They told me that this indicates “locked” to them and they get confused. They think they can’t click on that item, it is out of stock etc. I suggest to replace another icon instead of chain icon, also along with that “white mask” effect.
Second, about the post page, that this […] “expand icon” doesn’t work when users click on it. That means they have to click the title to enter the full post page.

Btw the chain icon is a link icon. It is commonly used all over the internet. Tehre is really no other icon for this.
But you can remove all the icons and the hover effect and make the image link to the post by recoding the theme which is explained in the forum.

the theme front-end language wording can be changed by use of poedit. It is explained in the setup assistant that comes with the theme in the how to localization section.

Hello,I have several questions before buying.
1. I wonder if i can add 4 logos on the header with “Featured on” mark(If it can be responsive,it will be much better).i made these as 1 image file which is 855 × 70 size.(btw,i will upload my own logo on the left side header too)
2. can i resize the thumbnail of blog post list?(cos i want medium or smaller size)
3.can i make the background color of header as black?(header only)
4.can i hide the date of comment/post from the admin panel?

1) The header can have a background image underneath the logo. Or you can add images in the two text widget area right side of the logo
2) Yes the thumbnail size can be set in the post itself for the listinbg page.
3) Yes you can set the header color and background color
4) Yes you can turn it off either by settings or by css tweaks

I need to have different background images for different pages. Im looking at the site structure, all the files and I cant find if there are different files created for different pages.. like for instance: if I have Home, About Us, Contact Us, are there corresponding files for those where I can hardcode in some css style to make it override the global css rules? I recently bought this and fixed backgrounds don’t seem to work on chrome. Is there something I can do to fix that? Or is that just my website/system?

You can see there is content in the Vertical Chained Icon Boxes. But whenever I go to edit the theme, the content refuses to display in the theme edit with the result that every time I open the theme editor and save the content; I then lose the content in the Vertical Chained Icon Boxes.

1) The fixed background on chrome disabled because of a bug of chrome. You can enable parallax effect.

What is part of the client login/register feature? Can you put things such as documents or calendar where only registered member can see? If not, how compatible is the theme when you use plugins for that specific feature?

The member login / register part where top of the page is only for WooCommerce. You can use a membership plugin that offers the feature you willing to have but the link won’t be appeared on the top bar.

You must be missed or closed the notification box that asks you want to install the revslider plugin that bundled with the theme or not. Anyway, the plugin zip file can be found inside the rttheme18 ? rt-framework ? plugins folder.

Sorry! I still undertood your method. I found this plugin was inside plugins folder, because I have transfered it by FTP. But, I still select it under Revolution slider.

I am interested in this theme but would like to find out if it will suit my purpose. I am working a project to manage digital products (flipbook for newspapers) and would like to display thumbnails in catalog form (grid style) in the front page. This thumbnail should be sortable by category and date. Click on the thumbnail will redirect to that particular product page. Meanwhile, I do not intend to attach price to each product because access to them will be based on monthly subscription. - Can your theme suit my requirement? - Which subscription / membership management plugin can work with theme?

It is totally possible, since the theme supports WooCommerce and WooCommerce has this extention http://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/ The only thing woocommerce has not a sortable feature like this portfolio page has http://rttheme18.demo-rt.com/our-portfolio-2/ But, you can use categories and tags to list specific products and create navigations by using them etc.

That tool is not correct! I can guarantee that those are not security holes or errors that needs to be fixed. For example, the code on #4 is for displaying a youtube video of a portfolio item and the code on #5 is for grabbing the cover image of the video from youtube. The tool would be useful (maybe) if your website infected by a malware but that’s it.
