Hello, my Visual Composer has stopped working. I’m running Increate 1.1.0 and the pages are messed up on the front end. For example: http://rv.hickmantrailer.com/colorado-springs-rv-inventory-with-hickman-trailer/ you can see the photo gallery is in one long vertical row. And in the admin areas, you no longer see the Visual Composer boxes and can’t edit any of the text unless you revert back to CLASSIC mode. Should I update Visual Composer with my own license? Would that fix it?
Ok, I tried updating VC to 4.3.5 and the problem still exists. Can you help please?
Please remove the plugin from plugins section, and just install the version the notification message directs you. Let me know the result
Hello, please help. I deleted it completely and uploaded my latest version, which is VC 4.3.5 and there is no change. We’ve still lost the ability to update in the admin screens and things like the photo galleries are displaying wrong on the front end (a vertical column of photos instead of a grid). Can you assist? Thank you!

i did not update the theme since 1.0.8 version, and it had lots of bugs, but today i installed the new update, 1.1.1, and everything looks flawless, contratulations High Themes, as far as i can see everything looks great, thanks!
Nop, i got an error, visual composer, for example if i have an accordion section and inside this accordion i have a text block, when i try to edit the text block what opens is the accordion edition, and not the text block edition, so is messed up, and also dont save the post correctly, it doesnt save nothing.
Visual Composer 4.3.4 fix this problem i manually updated this plugin with my own Visual Composer, and it worked, just for the records

Hello folks, Pre-purchase question: I’ve been checking the theme, and I’ve realised that there is no summary (3 or 4 lines of post in first paragraph) “latest posts” that is showed in the Homepage. Is there any chance trought CSS or PHP code modification to obtain this “summary” in the posts? Excelent theme!! Thanks!

If you mean the blog 4 column posts on homepage, it’s not possible by default, but I can help you customize php to achieve it.
Sorry, I mean show a few lines below post titlle, with some words from post content body.

inCreate is a flexible theme, you translate the theme to any language you like.
Unfortunately I can’t say whether it would fit with your needs or not. I think the best way is to take a look at our demo and list of features so you will get the idea of what it can do for you.
Although the theme is very easy to use, but it’s better to have some wordpress knowledge to make what you need better.

Pre-purchase question. Can I change and personalize only the color and opacity of menu buttons? (selected, hover, submenus… all) I mean maintaining the default theme color for the rest of the web. Thanks!
Hi there, The blue color is the theme accent color, you can change it by a color picker with admin options but it will update all colors.
But there’s a way to only change menu colors, and that’s custom css text block. The theme has a field for custom css on admin options page. You can write any custom css to change individual element style.

Hi there, There may be problems on responsive view. You can have it if you know html/css and wordpress to remove probable issues.

your logo is super big image, you don’t need to upload such a big logo. Make a normal logo, but don’t forget to trim white space from around the logo.

I just bought the template. I would like to know how to install the theme as it has sample.
Theme working out great – very sophisticated and many great features. Just one item not quite working: In the pricing tables, there is no way to edit the button at the bottom of each column, as it does not show up in any edit fields. Right now, they all say “Title” and no link ability. Please advise as soon as possible -project is due on Monday. Thank you for a great theme!
