Hi Javo, I love the theme and its lovely design 
Great work guys keep going.
I`ve a simple question regarding the location, Do I need to update ( integrate ) each country by my self, or It can be add automatically after each list submission if not, could you please clearly this point for me, its not clear to understand it from most of the old posts?

If you see catetories, locations on items (on backend), you need to create the locations. then your users can select the locations on add item page (on front-end).

Hi Rob, Thanks for the reply. well is there any kind of Geo data source I can use to have a list of all countries? My directory is a global network and It doesn’t make any sense to create it manually , don’t you think?

Hi, to what extent can I manage the color appearance over the backend, as in many places within the site structure, there is a coffee brown having forehand for that I definetly wouldn’t like to dive into the code?
And, is it possible to turn off any effects that are on pictures throughout the frontpage centrally, without the need to go into the code?
Otherwise I would have to go into the code each time there was update, right?

We use visual composer and you can make background colors on each rows.
You can change the coffee brown color to any of your favorite color.
and top-bar / search form on achives, menu on single item page.
We are working on more color change options on menu and some others.
If you want to disable the effect, you can ask our support team. if it’s not huge customization. they will assist you.

2 questions
1) do you have the ability to upload data records from CSV or excel?
2) can I use different PIN images for each caategory
3) is it possible to turn on or off parts of the business listing depending on if the customer is a paying customer or a non paying customer? EXAMPLE -If the customer is NON -PAYING—display “Not Activated Yet” and only show the image and name of the company—nothing else—then when they switch to PAID status-they get everything shown in the business page
I am ready to buy but need clarification on these 3 items

1. Unfortunately we don’t have that options yet. it may take time.
2. Yes you can add your custom pins on categories.(and images)
3. I believe that pmpro has similar options but not like each categories visible options.I don’t think we have this feature.

I have a few questions: 1. When i try to access http://javothemes.com/forum/ I am asked for a purchase code. Please tell me where I can find this. Since I am unable to post the question there, am adding my queries here. 2. I get a “404 NOT FOUND /.../item/cabrill-airport/ was not found on this server.” error when I click on any item on the Home Page of my site. I have checked, reset and refreshed the Permalink to POST NAME. My site is a demo site, hosted locally. 3. When I click on Search or any of the categories I get “404 NOT FOUND /.../map-box/ was not found on this server.” error.
I am running Javo Directory version 1.3.2.1
Please help!

Also, Footer copyright text is bigger, in a different font and white after latest update. There also seems to be an issue with changing sizes of fonts in blocks in VC. They display and then revert back to small size? Any ideas?
Please can next update have choice to display all listings in Catagories as RANDOM apart from Featured Listings for that Catagory always shown at the top of the list. And if more than one featured for Catagory, then random at the top again. Before other random list display?

Hi Rob,
Is there anyway to control the Claim Listing label on posts that the Admin adds? I need to add public places of interests and do not want the Claim Listing label to be see HOWEVER, I do want it to be seen on other businesses that I may add that are commercial. Any ideas?

Great work guys! I am interesting on buying your theme for a project of mine but i have one question thought before.
I am interesting in making a local “directory” for my small town, of what activities you can find in an near distance . Categories like hiking, archery, food etc… and also within different price ranges .
In every local area / business page ( which u beautifully created… Kudos) i want to display in the end related / nearby services facilities. So if u went for archery in an area in the bottom of the archery business u are seeing is it possible to display such results : “also nearby u can find : a restaurant…. a lake boat hiring etc…. ” ???
It is super important for my project that feature. So i will appreciate your answer.

I’m having a problem with ITEM LIST (WITH CONTENT), when I select this template I just can see the content but not the item list.
Maybe I misunderstood the name of the template, I expected to see the content and the list of items. Am I wrong?

It’s not showing item list at this moment. you can only choose 1 of them either map + item list or map + content.

Hi, just a question… In the search slide it’s possible to search (in KEYWORDS position) inside description, title, other… and TAGS? I need to search inside the TAGS of every items to have a perfect search like… “What u want to eat?” and I put tags for every items… Thx, I need to have a clear idea of the template to buy it..!
Hi, I purchased the template and I started to work … I modified the file post-meta-box.php to add fields in the administration (add item), I modified the files in the “parts /” to be able to see the new fields (second phone, cell phone, etc ..); Now I would like to add the ability to enter the social networks of each company included … it would be appropriate to every social corresponded icon I … I have to start working on this thing, or there is an update in the very short (2 or 3 days )? It would be ideal to have a 2 columns on the desktop and a single column on the mobile to avoid annoying lists on your desktop. Thanks and sorry for the long post but this is a very nice template that with some “trick” can become perfect!

Yes that’s what we are working on. if you add tags and it can be searched as auto suggestion keywords. I suggest you to add good keywords to be searched. is that what you mean? however it may take time to be completed.

What great theme is that ! I have a question before purchasing. I saw that on “location” tab on single item, the user can send an email through a form to the owner of the place. Is that possible that this email can be send to to the administrator of the website (I mean me), then I can control if a booking or a sell will be done and ask for a commission to that ?

Yes you can change the email address whatever you want. there is a field for it. To make clear, it’s all changes. I mean if you add your email address, all of items email address will be yours. please have a look this page how to setup the email address. You can check our change log which files have been changed. you can rename the old version and upload the new version. test new version. please make sure that you need to backup all of files / db before you try something.

Hi, I like your theme but before buying intend to clarify the following questions: 1) The search results are listed randomly? 2) How do I create packages for membership? I searched but did not find anything on this. 3) When do you predict integrate with Woocommerce? Can i pay Membership using woocommerce? 4) For when the use of rich snippets? 5) A suggestion, create a button in item profile with customizable label and link. 1. we don’t have randomly option yet. we may add it soon.
2. we are using membership pro and it provides membership levels then you can create membership levels and package. we added our own parts.
3. you can use woo-commerce plugin however it’s default design. there might be some addons for woo-commerce on the plugin (PMPro) we have not tried yet.
4. it’s our plan list.
5. we have custom fields. the link will be added soon.

Do you think the free version is enough to work with your theme? You can have a free version that only 5) Do you have any release date? 6) The theme already supports child themes? In one of the levels appears “Item 20 posts, Duration 100 days, Featured 3 posts”: a) What do you mean by posts? are the registration of companies, events or both? b) What are featured posts and how the theme manages?

2. there are many buyers use our theme without payment. you don’t need to use if you don’t have any plans yet.
5. We are working on some design parts and better responsive. it always takes time and we can’t give the specific date.
6. yes, you can modify some templates. as far as I know, if you need to modify detail codes, you need to copy some included files to child theme.
7. if the user purchase, they can post 20 posts for 100 days and make featured items.admin also can manage featured items by checking on each item pages.
