Thank you! I had to uninstall the site and install it again. Please check now. I think there is a bug in the Slider Settings section. I uploaded an image size 1935 X 1330 but it is not looking the same like your original site. Also is there a way to disable the Slides Options so there is no writing on the image at all?

Slider settings is ok. Please follow documentation carefully. And try to use demo site’s image size.
ThanksI bought the theme and I have few questions: 1- The front image is not filling the page as the one in demo the Dimensions I’m using is 1800 × 1164. 2- PayPal: I have the URL set for https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr and I added my email as user name and set up the Paypal IPN but it is still on a test mood and it does not show the church name on the top but the email. 3- How I can change the $50 donation limit? can I add more amounts?

I am impressed with your product. I am about to purchase it but before doing that, I just have a few questions. I see that there is a progress bar that tells you the status of donations. Is that something I can do without? The reason is that I do not have a set goal for donations, it is a continuous movement. You guys created the absolute BEST theme that I have seen here. Nice to see your comment in our item. Just see your questions. In this theme we develop for charity/fundraising website. So they all need goal. But if you want to remove this you need to customize this theme. So buy Heal and customize it

If you find that document where you can delete that goal system it will be not there. You need to contact any wordpress developer. They can delete them for you. You need to change theme coding for doing this. hope you can understand now.

I have one problem with finding where Costum Post Types is declared? - I can’t seem to find them in functions.php – I want to add a CSR costum post type to the theme.
Is it ok to place a costum post type in the functions.php file, or will this affect another file with post-types?

Yes. You can add custom post type in functions.php. I also work. But Heal custom post type coded into “essential plugin”. You can find it in your plugin section area.
At Theme, That plugin you will find in assets folder. Just unzip it and write your code.

Our latest version is now more faster than our previous version. By the way, if you want to stop unwanted script, then you have to stop them from functions.php.
If you want to deactivate slider, open front-page.php and delete following code:

Parallax is not bad for SEO.
To stop parallax effect, you have to delete parallax.js from your file. Go functions.php and find parallax. You will see enqueue script where you get that js file. just comment out on that line or delete on that line.

Open functions.js. You get that file into assets/js folder. find and delete following line to stop parallax.

1- I want my front page to reflect buttons/links that scroll downward, and that seems to be working fine. But I also want the menu on the front page to ALSO include one link that takes the person to a new URL???
2- The donate button has default “red box” around that? How do I get buttons on inside pages to have that? is it a class I can assign?

Good afternoon, My google map on contact page is not populating. I have done some testing and narrowed it down to disappearing only when I disable the ‘events’ page. I have been Diabling pages by going to global settings and dragging the page to ‘Disabled’. Do you have any suggestions?

Sorry for writing you once again. Now it looks like I completely messed up. I was trying to change the team.php file to get rid of the Google+ and Dribbble icons. Then I wanted to upload the file and I found one in the directory wp-content/themes/heal-wp/sections and overwrote that one with the new team.php Now my site is completely gone and I just get a 404 when logging in to my admin page. Is there any chance I can reverse this or save it? Or do I “just” need to overwrite the index.html or index.php file as well?

1. Heal has 2 menu bar.. One menu bar for home page that is control from theme option. Another menu bar for inner page, i mean for blog page. You have to make it from menus (Appearance >> menus). Create menu and checked that menu.
2. Its a bug.. Will fix next update. For now please open index.php and see line 53 . <?php heal_paging_nav(); ?> remove this code.
Delete one blog and one home page. I thing when You try to make that page its happen.. dont worry about it.

1, Right now there have no option for slider image. But you can set a video as a background also.
2. Yes we have demo content (.xml) file. So you can import dummy content.
3. Yes we have well documentation. So it will help you so much to config our WP theme.

Hi, thank you for quick response. I took the chance and bought the theme before your reply and boy do I love it! I already found the answer to the questions right away.
Now I have a couple of other questions: 1. Is it possible to hide the icons that are not used under each team member (ie. Dribbble and google+? 2. Can I set a fixed scroll bar as it disappears and can be hard to find. This makes the page scroll uncontrollably which annoys me a bit.
That said, I love this theme. Very easy to use. I will no doubt rate it with a billion stars

1. Right now it’s not possible to hide unwanted social profile. But if you don’t need Dribbble and google+ social for everyone then you can go sections/team.php file in heal theme and go 49 line. So you can see there have code for showing social profile. (Like this: http://pastebin.com/5cbuiZVr) You can delete dribbble and google+ function. So those will be disable.
2. Scroll bar option also not available in Heal WP theme right now.
But we promise that we will give those function/features (social, scroll bar) in our next update. I think we can give those update within short time.

Did you purchase wp version heal??
WordPress version has that option to add dynamically increase % value of donation bar. If Your organization has PayPal donation system, after log-in, you will see specific causes transaction list when someone donate. I think you understand. Please see documentation carefully.

I’m having a bit trouble with the theme I just bought from you guys.
The installation from the “heal” theme was done correctly, but the site is a bit weird. As you can see on the screenshot, you’re able to see a 100% width-site with a white margin on the right side.
The preview is on 100% zoom on screen.
How am I able to delete or fix this?

you can add your image.. its fully customizable, please see documentation.

You can change this class from style.css file for control opacity in slider image.

If you want no opacity then replace is code in this class

2. You can change any graphics from theme option or custom post type. But still there have no colors picker included in theme. But you can change CSS from theme option to change your color. Also we notices that we are going to give this option in next update. Hope you can get this option in tomorrow
