I would like to create a video background like the one on the Avada Agency Demo 3.7 version “About Us” page at the top and again further down on the page. Is there a location that explains this process? I looked in documentation and could not find it.

You can do it two ways. The first is a fusion slider: http://theme-fusion.com/support/documentation/avada-documentation/#page-item-211875
The second is with the full width shortcode element.
Both can take a video background. The examples you gave above use the Fusion Slider up top, then full width shortcode below.
I would recommend importing our agency demo content, you can do it fully via theme options, or just that particular page. https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/demo-content-info/

hi please can you help me? installed the theme but for some reason i cannot find anywhere to add a transparent header? can you help me? there doesnt seem to be a tick box as usual in header section?

Hmm it seems you have a setting issue her maybe. Check to see what is at the top of the page content, seems maybe a separator with negative margin, or page top padding is negative.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2 Server at theme-fusion.com Port 443
ive had a look at settings and code and cant see anything different

Helow i want to ask if it will be possible to have menu with diferent language with flags you know what i mean,to switch languages like englisht slovak polish language.but i do not mean that in which country it will see that language will be showen i mean menu?and next guestion is if it is possible to have normal page with products with no prices,just after login with password or so on,because i want to not display price for custemer just for bussinees partner?

Yes you can have a language switcher using the WPML plugin, they allow you to easily inset a language switcher in any of the menus.
WooCommerce will not show a price if you do not insert one, so if you only need some people to see them and not others then that may require custom coding work. By default it will either show them all, or show none if you do not insert them.

Our demo landing page does not show an H1 tag, however you can show one with the page title bar on any page you wish. You can use this for a magazine theme, you do not have to have sliders on any page if you do not want them.

Hi.. I am using Avada theme with multi language site (WPML), its greate. I have two languages Arabic and English, the Arabic is the default language ,when i update the Arabic page it over ride the English page.

Hi, I m trying to install the multi language plugin named ‘translate’. It does not work at all even after installation and complete set up. please advise if that does not work with this theme then which plugin is suitable for multi language website?

We have never used “translate” plugin so cannot say for certain. We fully recommend WPML for this type of thing, or others have also used qTranslate or Polyang.

fusion-core plugin crashes the Admin login. All that is seen is a Blank white page.
Disabling the fusion-core plugin via FTP fixes the problem – but this plugin is needed.
Version 3.7.

There is no need to be angry or rude. I assure you, this is not a global problem. If it was, you would see it posted everywhere and we would cease to exist. Something unique is going on with your install and we would need to check it out.

With all due respect, I Google’d and have found others with the same issue.
My apologies, I should of mentioned it is “not a global theme problem”. You’ve seen others online because it is a common memory issue with your server config, not a global theme issue. Pretty much any theme or plugin out there can have reports of blank white screen after install.

2- can i use it in multi ( more than 1) domain ?

2. Yes you can, however the license requires one single purchase for each site you use the theme on, assuming they are different domains with varying content.

I love this theme. I have two questions, both about integrating the plugin CoAuthors Plus
1. I’ve made most of the necessary changes to the custom functions file so that coauthors show up instead of regular authors. This works great on a single post and in a category view. But on a page with the blog shortcode, it still calls the regular author, not the coauthor (you can see it working here – first blog post: http://motivationandchange.com/category/articles-for-families/ and not working here – same first blog post: http://motivationandchange.com/cmcs-blog-for-individuals-and-families/)Where do I go to change that code?
2. All these changes happen in the custom functions file. I use the child theme, so I can update the theme, but whenever I update, this stuff has to be redone each time. Is there a way to do all of this in the child theme?

1. Hmmm I would imagine you need to edit the blog shortcode file, each shortcode has its own file in the avada > framework > plugins > fusion-core > shortcodes.

Hey guys! Quick question – is there a way for me to change the stroke and button color on the toggles so that it isn’t gray on top of a dark blue? Along the same lines – is it also possible for me to change the text size of the toggle title?

Yes the divider lines are controlled by the “separator” shortcode color on the shortcode styling tab in theme options. The main box that holds the + and – icon is controlled with the toggle inactive color. The text size is controlled by H4 size.

Ah! And the text on Google Maps! That’s all – promise
Mobile menu colors are in theme options > styling, there is a mobile menu section there.
Text on google maps also has a setting either in the shortcode itself, or on contact tab in theme options if using contact page template.

Awesome glad you got it solved! The tagline box does not have an option for background image, however our columns do so you could try that. Or use custom CSS to insert one in tagline box.

When I go to set up the contact page in Theme Options>Contact, I enter in the email address that I want the contact for to go to. If I enter an email address that shares the same domain as the website, it won’t work. However if I enter a completely different email address, it works fine. How can I make it go to an email address that shares the same domain as the site?

This must be due to server configuration, your host may have some limitations going on. I would recommend contacting them and explaining what is going on, they will be able to fix that.
