Hi, how do I get the same full width Google map on my contact page like the demo (http://wedesignthemes.com/themes/dt-dreamspa/location/) ?
I don’t see how to get the full-width working?

Having a weird issue. Trying to save a page with a left sidebar, shows up fine in the preview but no matter what happens, as soon as Update, it defaults back to Without Sidebar.
I have another page where it works fine so I’m a bit confused.
Any ideas?

I made a test page and it works on the test page but when I assign a custom sidebar, does nothing weird. The dropdown box keeps showing up over and over and making it repeat on the sidebar. So the page that isn’t working correctly only has pricing tables on it.

Need help with a few things as I cannot figure out or find them out in the documentation.
1. I see the ‘Business Hours’ in the settings but where should it appear? I did the timing and all and saved, but I do not see it anywhere on page or widget area etc.
2. I’ve set the site tagline but it does not appear as well.
3. How do I disable the ‘cart’ on the header bar as I am not using it yet.

1) You can select your business hours here thats it. We didnt create any widget for this so you cant view this in sidebar.
2) Send your site link we will check and fix it for you.
3) Go to Dashboard / Appearance / Menus and Remove menu which is don’t like to use.

1) Where should the business hours appear? What I meant was in the settings there is a place to fill in the hours of business. After clicking save, where should I see it on the site? I mean it should appear somewhere on the site right? Also, the current documentation that I got when I purchased the theme does not mention ‘Business Hours’ feature at all.
2) where I can send the details to you privately?
3) I meant the area right on top where there is ‘call us’ , ‘mail us’ and ‘cart [0] items | $0.00’. I believe it is called ‘Top Bar’ under settings. I do not see it under dashboard/appearance/menu.

1) The business hours which you set in buddha panel will not be shown in front end. The timings you set for company is the default timings of each staff and it will be seen in the “Add new staff section -> Choose Schedule” . If each staff timings change, then it can be set from that option.
2) You can send us private message through the right bottom form @ http://themeforest.net/user/designthemes
3) Just add this css code in Dashboard -> DreamSpa -> Integration -> Custom Css.

2) Go to Dashboard / Dreamspa(Bpanel) / Integration / And enable custom css option and add foloowing code inside the text area of custom css section. Css code:

i cant make a br tag. I installed the TinyMCE and activated the Option “Dont ignore / delete br tags” but it still does. So, when i push enter the p tag works, but when i press shift and Enter nothing happens. I can see the br tag in the code but on the Site its all in one line.

Ok, i have to make the paragraph by using “Enter” in the Text Editor. Thats the only way it works. Shouldnt the Page Builder work for this? Also ignores the br tag inside the text editor.
Maybe you can fix it. Its not very comfortable.

When i deactivate the DesignThemes Core Features Plugin everything works fine, but my customer needs a simple way to change his site. I realy need a solution for this.
With the DesignThemes Core Features Plugin deactivated, all the shortcodes wont work.

If you change the theme, the settings in the buddha panel will be erased only. You have a tab called “backup” in the buddha panel. Just copy the text in the text area and keep it separately. After switching the theme, come back to that option and paste that text in the same textarea to retrieve back the settings.

You mean that you cannot add featured image to the posts? If yes, we have fixed that issue in our latest version. Please update the theme. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

Hi, I installed the dummy data after purchasing and installing the theme and it looks nothing like your demo version. I understand that the images don’t come with the theme but nothing looks anything like your demo. It’s almost like a different theme.

Just before the footer area, near the bottom of the page, are three social share icons. These popped up after I uploaded the demo content. I like the icons, but would like to change them to social media links that link to our pages rather than have them as social share links. What is the best way to do this? I can not find where the setting are for these icons.

I ´ve found the Plugins in the framework Folder, but i couldnt instal the Layer Slider, so i have created a folder named layerslider and uploaded that folder by ftp. I can see and activate the Layer Slider now, but there is still the message, that i need to install it. Maybe i need an other folder name?
Ok, i renamed the folder to LayerSlider with capital letters and it works now. Maybe that helps others …

Hello, I was able to resolve my Parse error issue from last time, but wanted to thank you for the fact you responded. I have a better understanding of your theme, but do need some help creating a jump link. I have created a service page and am using type 3 icon boxes to create service section list. As there are 8 different types of service sections ( Facials, Massage, etc..). I don’t want to link out to other pages, but I know with so many options it makes for a very long page. I want to give visitors the option to go directly to the service section they’d like without having to scroll through the rest of it. I wanted to create link from the text used in icon box to their corresponding service sections on the same page. I would really appreciate your help as I have tried using TinyMCE Advanced Plugin to create anchor, but have not been able to make it work in conjunction with the icon boxes. Thank you
