Like others have stated, I can’t seem to get any help from the support site so I’m asking a new question here…
I need the front Service Boxes to have the [link] wrapped around the entire box. In other words, I need to have it where people can click on the box to go to the URL that has been linked to the service, instead of clicking on the service title to go to the service. I’ve tested the theme with multiple people and they all seem to want to click on the box, not the title. Can you help me in modifying the short_code.php. I believe that’s where this is being called from.

Are you serious? I’ve tried opening a new ticket but your ticketing system doesn’t allow it. You can only open one ticket at a time, and you stopped replying to the ticket that I have open weeks ago.
I have since been forced to hire someone to make changes that should have been covered by your theme support. So the issue is no longer relevant anyways. I really wish you guys would work on your customer support because I found it very unhelpful.

Where can I find a list of all the “Fontawesome Icons”? Want to change which one appears in the Appearance>Donations>Model Window Buttons. Just want to see all the options and all the code for them.

This theme is really great. One thing I really need to improve though are the Causes listed on the Home page. The description of each Cause lists however many words I specify. That’s fine but what I get is the text stops in the middle of words or sentences, and looks unprofessional.
Is there a way I can make the word limit end only at a period and have . . . Read more with the Read More linked like the title?
It needs some logic written in, like:
Post 200 hundreds words, but end only on a period. I suspect that needs to go in the functions.php, but I don’t know how to do that in PHP. Can you do this for me? Thank you!

Hi! Is there any testimonial plugin that’s compatible with your theme? I’ve tried several now and they’re all overridden by the css in the theme. I don’t like how the quote feature has only a beginning quotation mark and no ending one and so I’m looking for a testimonial plugin. Thank you!

I keep getting this error on every page that has an accordion shortcode:

This wasn’t happening just last week, and it’s happening on pages that haven’t been modified since then, so I’m assuming it has to do with an incompatibility with the latest WP update?

I’m still confused on the paypal url. From the directions you posted: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/acc/ipn-info-outside it says we need to provide the url to paypal. Paypal says it needs the url to the store listener. So, I need to provide the url from my site with your donation script. What url do I put in at the paypal site? I didn’t write a listener. I assume you did in the backend. What url do I provide to our paypal account?
It says this: Specify the URL for your listener in the Notification URL field.
Add IPN and email details in the theme back end.Your paypal will start working. You can find configuration settings on below mentioned path; Navigate admin side – > Appearance -> CS Theme Options -> Donation -> Paypal Setting -> add there all detail.
I understand where to put the url in paypal and CS Theme Options. What I keep trying to ask is, what is the url to the listener script? Is it just www.mysite.com/Ipn. Or is it something else? I need to know how to figure out what the url is, not where to put it.
I figured out the problem from these Comments of people having the same issue. If someone else asks what is the ipn url that needs to go in the theme settings and on the paypal page? Please tell them to create a page called paypay, use the paypal template in the page type options, then save it. View the page, copy the url, and that is what you paste into the CS theme options and in paypal. None of this is in the documentation and it should be!

Go to page builder & you can find there gallery element. You just need to select a layout and category which you want to display there.
Right. But this feature works photo gallery on single posts? The page builder option not appear on single posts on my wordpress. Something must be enabled in the theme builder to run the function in single page posts?
If there is not this feature, is there any way to use shortcode to use this?

It does not work on single post. And short code for gallery cannot be generated.

This is happening due to file permission issue on your hosting. Please ask them to review your file security settings and issue will be sorted.
what permissions should I give to the iCalcreator.class.php? currently it has 0664 permission.

I filed a ticket for the problem that when we make a donation, the progress Raised is still at $0. You said it had to do with the API. The API fields are for Twitter and MailChimp, but I don’t see anything for Paypal. Did you get my ticket on this issue? I gave you a log in so you can check why the donations are staying at Raised $0. Thank you!

Because I didn’t know the ticket number, it told me to click and link that gave me the form to fill in. I’ll dig out my old ticket number. I don’t get why it doesn’t let me file new tickets with a new number.

Other problem : the word “medecin” (doctore in french) is in a page. When I search the word “medecin” on site with the search it says : “No results found.

1- What engine for the fundraiser (method are you using for the donation system)? is it woocommerce? 2- Is it only good for Paypal or I can use Stripe as well? 3- Do you have many issues still not solved? I see many complaints and 1 week to reply to tickets seems to be a long time if I need an answer to an issue.

In WeStand theme, for fundraising we are using paypal. 2.No, you can not use stripe. 3. It works only with paypal payment gateway
This theme says to set the featured image for a blog post at
“Blog Large (Standard) – 716px x 393px”
But then it resizes the image to a larger (thus, distorted) image.
So, If you add a featured image at their specifications, you end up with a massive distorted image at the top of your page.
If you don’t add a featured image, you don’t have a thumbnail to display a blog post on the front page.
It’s infuriating, and I can’t seem to get it resolved.
(And to top it off, when I opened a ticket, they simply went in and removed the featured images from my posts and called it “resolved.” So now I have a blog with a bunch of empty thumbnails on the main page.)
We have fix width & height of this because of it’s responsive design, If you change the standard size of the images, then it will create issues on responsive design. If you still want to change it then please send us your website ftp detail, we will change this for you

I just tested donations from the site I set up. It popped up the Donation modal as it should, took me to pay pal, where I put in my password and paid. It’s gone through to the org, but there is no change in the Raised amount on the site. It still says Raised $0. Was there something else I was supposed to configure?
