Need support urgent for the tickets already mentioned above.
New issue: Portfolio items and pages are now not working. After hours of work editing and creating content for portfolio, when it almost done, the Portfolio pages simple not works anymore. Can’t believe… There is a 404 Not Found error at the front-end. Hi.
I have a pre-purchase question. I like that the product images change when hovering over them on the product pages. How is this managed? Does it switch only between the first and second product images?
Do you have a demo site where I can try adding a product just to test so I can make a decision if this theme is going to work for my needs?

Good to hear you’re considering Shopkeeper. The product image transitions to the second image available in the product gallery, there’s nothing else to manage. I’d like to hear more about what are you trying to achieve.
Regretfully, we don’t have an online demo at the moment that would allow you to test the back-end. Let me know if you’re looking for something in particular, I could at least share some screenshots.

Does this theme support retina displays?
Yes, it is built with that in mind, but it doesn’t automatically create larger retina versions for the images you’re uploading. On our projects, we use the Retina 2x plugin successfully. (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-retina-2x/)

Are there different blog layouts/types available?
No, the masonry style layout you’re seeing on the demo is the only one available at the moment. We do plan to include alternative layouts in future updates. Are you looking for something in particular?

Scroll through galleries and videos (either local, youtube, or vimeo). Also, I always thought it would be nice to have a post style dedicated to an event. Leave the registering up to another tool like EventBrite, but have fields for Location, Date, Time, and a link to register.
Do you have an idea of when these updates might be available?

Love the theme but could you kindly provide the dummy export files for the revolution sliders please? I’m looking for the full screen slider that shows up on the home page of your demo site. The documentation does not include any information on how to replicate the look of that slider or settings etc.

Hello, I like your theme.I have couple of questions: 1. Is it possible to have both inquiry button which will popup, inquiry form. This form should pre-populate the item which end user was browsing with SKU#, Product Name, End Users Email (Input), Queries (Input) and submit action would submit send email to the end user.
2. If the user is logged in using facebook, google+ or any social network, his email would be pre-populated and would require him to only submit queries about the product?

1. Yes, it comes with a ‘Catalog Mode’ option that can be easily turned on or off at any time. It turns off the ecommerce functionality by removing the Cart and Add to Cart buttons.
2. It doesn’t come with such a built-in option but I can see a need for that. There are plugins out there to help you with that.
3. I guess you can find a plugin for this as well. It doesn’t come with social media login as built-in option.
Is there more you’d like to know about Shopkeeper?

Just got this theme, and VC does not show FRONT END edit button. How do I turn this on in your theme. I have purchased the full version of VC and most all of the additional add ons and want to use what I need from them. The front end allows better design view for mobile . Please advise how I turn this on. Thanks

The Front-End Editor is deliberately de-activated, it doesn’t seem to be working well with WooCommerce. The plugin developer already knows about it and they told us that it should get fixed with the next version. Until they release this update, we won’t be able to turn it on in the theme. If that’s really mandatory for you, please just ask for it in a support request and It will be assigned to one of the developers to help you with it.

The shop base page wasn’t built with that in mind, but you can build fully custom landing pages that would simulate the shop base, with a slider or any other element on top.

Same thing that Kstalla mentioned…the theme goes into mobile layout on a 13” laptop.
Also, I noticed that the fixed header bounces when the page is scrolled. Can this be addressed?

Hi!
I love the styling of this theme. It’s very captivating and offers a HUGE amount of features that perfectly utilize VC and WC.
I only have one concern with the theme thats inhibiting me for purchasing it. I’ve noticed that it is made for a quite large browsing pane (1300px wide plus). When I view it on my 13” Macbook Pro, the CSS changes the menu to (What I would assume) the iPad style menu where there is no visible nav bar.
Are you aware of this? I would purchase this theme immediately if it could be supported on laptops as it is shown for larger desktops.

We are aware about the mobile behavior being inherited on laptops as well. Our developers already updated it and we’re preparing a theme update that should be released in the next few day.
If that was the only concern, my advice would to start using the theme then update it in a few days.

Its been over a month now and I have yet to see the update mentioned by you and the developers. I was wondering when we would be able to see this update?
I have some pre purchase questions about blog and post styles.
1. How many different blog layouts are there? Is there an option to have a sidebar in the blog?
2. And same question about post layout, how many are there? is it possible to create posts with normal (small) featured image on the left side and sidebar on the right?
3. Is there an option to add share/like social buttons at the end of posts?

Hello again. Figured out a lot of things. Great theme. Fonts in Revo Slider don’t seem to work if you logout or hide admin bar. largeblackbg changes to serif font.
