You have assigned left alignment for the blockquotes. The left alignment class has a fixed width of 30%, which is why the text wrapped to second line. We have removed the left alignment class and now it is full width. Please check it.

1) We do not have option to set height and width to logo. Just use the logo with width and height of 198 X 40px.
2) Just upload the custom icon to the media section and use that image url in the shortcodes.

a) You can find the default.po file in the themes folder itself. Get into this path wp-content/themes/soulmedic/languages and you can find the default.po file.
b) If you are running a multi language site, you need to install the WPML plugin.
c) Or if you are running a single language site other than english. Say for example if you are running German site only. Go to wp-config.php and change the language code as define(‘WPLANG’, ‘de_DE’);
d) Then rename the file default.po to de_DE.po and open the file with a poeditor and you can translate all the texts from our theme.
e) Finally you will get the mo file there. Uploading that mo file the site will be fully translated to german.

. I have a little problem since the last theme update. In the portfolio page I can’t click on the Post Layout in order to change it, If I click it brings me at the top of the page.
As you can see it shows my portfolio items with the default 1 column width: http://www.gnatologia.org/patients/
Is this a known bug or something is wrong with my configuration?

Hi Guys I recently bought this theme and have started creating the pages.
I simply used the sample layouts in the SoulMedic page builder options to create my home page, but every time i add a new region or module (or anything) it’s outputting the shortcode directly onto the page – you can see it (along with my content).
For example :dt_sc_full_width first will display above a new intro text module.
Please advise.

1. In mobile view, the soulmedic logo is being displayed in the header and the footer, not the logo I have chosen. Desktop works fine.
2. Can the Portfolio archive page be customised? Currently it just displays a huge image for each portfolio, but I want it to display like the other archive pages (Category, author etc.).

1) Upload retina logo from Buddha Panel> General > Retina Logo to show it in iphone, ipad etc. For footer you can upload retina logo from Buddha Panel > Footer > Retina Footer Logo.
2) We have modified the code. Now you can set the layout and sidebar for portfolio archives from Buddha Panel > Speciality Pages > Category.

If you create page by using main language page, you cant change the page option. You can only change the content of the page. If you change options also, changes wont appear.

Please update our theme with latest version to fix the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

I have a problem with the portfolio page.
I have an italian version that works fine and an english one that doesn’t save my preferences in the backend to show some categories and it keeps showing an empty page.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

If your English portfolio page as copy of portfolio-italian-language page, you can only change the content of the page not options. If you change options also, changes wont appear in back-end because its copy of the other language.
To overcome this you have to translate page as Independently. After “Independently translate page”, changes will work.

Is it possible to have the ‘Show Filter’ option on normal pages? Currently it is only available on portfolio.
Also, I can’t change the layout to 1/3 Columns. It is stuck on full width (I am using a static homepage and posts page is not selected).
One other thing, how do I change the site logo when in mobile view? I’ve changed the logo in the settings and this works fine in desktop, but in mobile it displays the Soulmedic logo.

It’s the Skin Conditions and the Treatments & Pricing pages. Also, the Treatments & Pricing page doesn’t display the images from the Botox and Dermal Fillers portfolios.
