Hi, I have just purchased the theme. I am still setting up the theme for the existing website where I was using a free theme.
Anyway, In the preview I see there are sample post 2,3,4, 5 etc. My question is how do I activate them for certain post?
For pages, I can select my choices like this – “template > attribute”. How can I do similar for posts?or there is another way to do it?

I think it would be a good idea to add native support for Adobe Typekit, to have those fonts available simply in the font list.
Question about support. If there is a chance that I need assistance on setting up your theme or there is a page not working, do you ever require my user name and password to be able to assist me? Odd question but just curious on how you can assist without accessing site admin and password or is that necessary? Thank you!

it all depends on the situation, it’s on case by case basis, sometimes we need admin access to your site in which case you could create a new user account and then delete it once we’re done. We usually request admin access as last resource, usually give you instructions to try out a couple of things yourself and then if you’re stuck we might have to login to check things.

that’s just when you’re on the home page and it’s not that the logo is an H1, rather the Site Main Title is the H1, which is the proper way to do it on home page, the logo is just assigned as a background image, and this is not bad for SEO, many popular sites do it this way, you should do more research…, it’s a known technique, for any other internal page the logo is not an H1 tag but the H1 is rather the Page or Post title.

hi again, I think you have it wrong… if i could have controled this H1, then it would have been a great thing for SEO. in any case, i posted on the forum but i need a solution please for it. how can i control/change this tag or how can i remove it?
There is no right or wrong, it’s all a point of perspective… have a look at how WordPress.org site did their logo , it’s the same thing, it’s the H1: https://wordpress.org/
Anyhow, the theme is flexible enough to allow you to do whatever you need to with the logo, if you posted in the forum someone will get to it shortly.

the theme offers Retina-ready option for all images that require cropping, ie. Portfolio, Blog section, “uDesign: Recent Posts” widget and others, for the content, that’s going to be your responsibility to upload and use higher resolution images.

Setting up a boxed layout comes down to choice of color/background, width, padding, borders, etc, which potentially could be done in unlimited number of ways. Offering a single option to do this would significantly limit your choice, I’m sure you don’t want that!! How other themes do it is their business, I have my own philosophy on that.
If you need any help with how to setup boxed layout with the uDesign theme in the way that you see fit with your design, we already have a discussion in the support forum’s FAQ’s on that. Also please post any support related questions to the theme’s support forum.
