Theme looks great.
It says PayPal ready with free level and planned membership levels. I’m a little confused. Does that mean they can get a free listing with say their Company name and address but we can set it up that if they want their company name, address, phone, and website they have to pay?
It sounds like they can do a full listing and then they have to pay to post stuff in their listing. Sorry just worded kind of weird.
What I’m looking for is a basic free listing with an option to upgrade to a paid listing which can be on a reoccurring basis, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually or at least monthly and annually.
Will this do any or all of those?
Do you have any videos anywhere that explain the themes features?
Also is there another slider available as Revolution seems to still be having massive security issues?

The payment package is like how many posts, duration and price. there is also feature item setting as well. it’s not ready to make payment for name, address, phone numbers.. our payment is more closed to how many and duration.

I am keeping focus on the theme development. on your demo site, users’register progress is too simple. email address field can be put any word without correct email address formt. password field has no length restrction. Suggest: make more development on the users’ regster system

I think this is critical because it defines how users will interact with the directory. I would like to request that you consider this in the near future. Restricting featured image uploads, detail image uploads and video uploads will be a great feature

Do you mean you want to have different ur like… abc.com/directory and abc.com/blog? if so, you may need to setup multi network. you can find some information on google. this is one of wordpress features.

1. Can you set the map to automatically detect and show the visitor’s location when they visit the page?
2. Can you set the home page to show the map (as requested in questions 1) to filter tabs on the left as per “maps (wide)” in the live preview?
3. Can you set the filter (on the left of map as per question 2) to filter by rating?
4. Can you install demo content from the live preview?
5. Advise if we can use shortcodes from other plugins in the detailed listing descriptions. Many directory plugins and themes don’t provide this functionality to recognize shortcodes.

1. You need to click a button to detect your user’s location at this moment. we have a plan to add the option to detect automatically.
2. Do you mean .. wide map is the main page and when you visit the page, it shows only near my location area? you can make the map as main page but not auto detect option yet. there is a button (My location) to get your location. you need to click it at this moment.
3. We don’t have rating filter on the wide map yet. we will add in near future.
4. Yes. we have 1 click demo installation. the only thing is .. the images are less than demo. some of our buyers had a problem with images downloading.
5. We don’t recommend to use shortcodes in description part. because there are many files and it can be conflicted. if you test and it’s not conflicted, you can use them. our some buyers use short codes.

For #2 regarding the wide map view – I was inquiring about the filter that pops up on the left side of the map that shows “item category” “item location” “keyword” “my location”. I was wondering if this filter could be automatically populated on the map when someone first visits the home page (see attached screenshot). This only seems to populate on your live preview when I hover on ‘Maps’ in main menu, then click “maps (wide)” in the fly out drop down. I’m assuming this could be the first thing you see when you visit the site?

I can’t see your screen shots. do you mean the map filter / control panel on left side bar? and you want it should be showing as a popup when your users visit?
If so, unfortunately we don’t have that option. we can’t have the popup to filter at this moment.

also a difficult question for example: is any problem if I don’t update theme because I am scary for example I have modified theme (I have translated in my language etc..) and then after update is possible to remove all modifications

For update, if you are happy with current options, you don’t need. I personally have avada theme and I really like it. but I have not updated really long time. because I don’t need more.
3. I believe that you just need to backup all of data and files and add on new hosting. the posts are on database. once you move your data to new hosting, our theme will work fine.
1. we are keep testing more items and so far works fine. it’s not limited but loading part is an issue. it’s also your hosting side as well.

First of all congratulations on what it seems to be a great theme.
I have a pre-purchase question:
In my project I would like to create three membership packages – is it possible to decide what is included in each membership package (include or exclude certain elements) ?
For example – the free membership offers only “about us” and “address” info while a paid membership offers possibility of adding photos and business / item location on a map ?
Can I deside what to include or exclude in each of the memberships or are there only some pre determined options that I can’t change according to my needs ?

these are not possible yet. it’s like amount of posts, featured items and duration. we have a plan for more packages such as available to control image amounts. (ex 5 posts 1 featured item, 30days posting for $20 ). it’s not easy to change / customize package plans by yourself. if you are not familiar with php and wordpress.

I’m interested in purchasing the theme. A few questions:
1: Can I change the blue colour on the customer account page to another colour?
2: Can I remove the option for customers to add an event? Or change the name from “Event”, to say, “Sales”?
3: I already have items from another theme, and I don’t want those items wiped out when I install this theme. Will that be a problem? How can I avoid such a thing, besides the obvious “back up your files”?

2. yes, you can rename taps and able/disable them. there are options for it.
3. I am not sure what you mean. you need to upload them again because they are different post type. we are planing to have a bulk import option in near future as well.

I’m not clear on the answer, my question is: can the option for a user to add an event be removed from their account page?
Also, I notice when I add an apostrophe, results don’t come up because there’s a slash added in the word, beside the apostrophe, on the search results page. Is this a glitch? Can it be fixed?
Finally, the contact info is all the way at the bottom, under the “related” and “description” sections. Can we move the contact info section on the items page above the description?
One more question: can you provide the CSS to remove the “related” section altogether? Wordpress automatically adds the related items, but they will confuse the user if they are sandwiched between the description and contact info.

If we have many Items in one location , for the item pages,can items be listed in pagination.We can not find it on your demo page. If there is no such function , strongly suggest your side to add it to the theme : )

1. Can Search option automated detect the geographical region? If our users from Asia/US/Middle East/Russia the category and country location will switch according to different geo users?
2. Can search form, location and category have option of “collapse” , which will be very use full for site with a large amount of categories and locations.

3. You can add an ad on right side bar and we have an ad banner upper footer. you can also add a banner on footer. you are also able to put some banners on pages (not fixed templates).
4. Not ready for RTL and working on WPML now.

Hi I have Javo directory however it created a new url for category pages. How do I fix this?
My old category pages were (www.mywebsite.com/category/name_of_category)
Now with javo themes it is (www.mywebsite.com/blog/category/name_of_category)
