This is drag and drop of widgets inside content. We didn’t try that plugin, but as I understand from their description, this plugin allow you manage widgets, and devide content layout into columns, and works with all themes.

We put #1 priority to integrate visual composer to our theme, it should be ready within 3 weeks.

Top menu is for top. For bottom we have 4 widget areas, where you can place any menu.

I saw that theme, and as I said our Mental Theme have not less animations than that, our theme more featured than that theme, and more animated.

By the way, we just tested, and found that this Page Builder is compatiable with our Ultimate Shortcode plugin.
