1) Yes the theme is integrated with Schema.org to show rating/review info in Google search results.

I’m currently using GD Star Rating and have amassed tens of thousands of user ratings. I’m happy to go back and edit a reviewer score for each post with your system, but that would be impossible with the user ratings. Is there any import feature for grab existing user scores from GD Star Ratings? Thanks!

The theme does come with an import feature to transfer user ratings from GD Star Rating to the Gauge theme, however this only works if you were previously using one of my older themes ReviewIt or Score.
Hi I’m interested in this theme.
My current old theme are using 3 custom post types: reviews, videos & screenshots. I need these to be displayed at the homepage.
The review post for example has custom fields (generated by advanced custom field plugin), eg. Overall rating, good and bad. Is it possible for me to use these custom fields to display the rating/good/bad of the reviews?
I suppose best practice is using a child theme? I’m experienced html/css/php/wordpress developer.

These custom post types can be displayed on the homepage, but the custom fields associated with these post types will not without modifying the theme.
Do authors have automated subdomains for their pages like hubpages?

You’ll need to use WordPress multisite for multiple subdomains under one WordPress installayion, this is not a feature that the theme itself offers.
Hello, Can there be different preset tags and rating points for items in different categories?
Ie: video games would include : gameplay, sound quality, story, multiplayer
Then another different category, such as goods, would include different pints, such as : craftsmanship, value, finish, or customer service

Each page can have different tags as in Genre, Developers etc. (seen on hub pages), but all pages use the same rating criteria e.g. Gameplay, Graphics etc.

hey i have 3 questions. working to solve them for 2 days but can’t figure out.
1- When i translate the Hub Category names to my language, Homepageslider dies. It calls Games Hub category i guess but can’t find to change what theme calls for the slider.

1) Yes you can have multiple rating criteria on one review – this is for site ratings only, not user ratings though.
2) No, users can only include a single rating.

Two questions:
1) You have a front-end review form. A great feature, but if I understand right it works only for already created hubs. I want a site with user generated content. Is it possible for users to publish reviews for items I did not create before?
2) Can the submitted reviews be published/edited without approving by the admin?

1) Yes it’s possible but you’ll need to make some modifications to the theme to do this.
2) This can be achieved with some minor modifications.
