I have done all instalation like on t«documentation but the design it is note the same look than you show, seems like template to costumize by it self. or i am doing something wrong?

HI, first of all, your theme is a killer one. I’m not a newby and i’m used to customize (with child themes and hardcode) all themes i have to deal with. Yours is not far from perfect dudes! Visual composer, you theme design and code is just hapiness ! Ah ah ! And I love to say “I love” when I really love !! I sometime give 5 stars because the product is top. For you i just need another star… but…. (yes there’s always is a “but” !)... I haven’t found all the ways to customize your theme. And I need to explain my needs and questions. Where’s the support sytem to ask you questions ? Not bugs, i think, maybe just some functionnalities i didn’t understood yet ?

How do I remove the subheading found in your theme’s default blog page. An example of the subheading in your demo blog page can be found here:

The subheading I am referring to is in text format and it reads “SHOPKEEPER’S STYLE BLOG”.

How do I edit this text? Where do I edit it.

I would appreciate a response.

Hello. How do i access and use the pre-built layouts such as all the About pages? When i start a new page and access the layouts, the about pages are not even options.

Just a few questions I’m stuck on

1. Is there a setting to change the color of the navigation, its white but on some pages like wishlist, cart, shop etc which are white you don’t see the menu navigation. I can’t find out how to change the color.

2. What are the actual visual composer settings for the header image on http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/about-us-v2/ with the image fitting right to the bottom of my screen. From the dummy content page for this same about us page the image I replace it with which is exactly the same size as your demo page one 1920×1213 but can’t get my image to appear right to the bottom of the screen so the visual composer settings must be different, would love a screen shot if possible to see what settings were used.

In the visual composer there is no option to hide on some devices. Even though you use it in your demo content. Can you enable it in the visual composer?

stupid question , the menu that activates and slides in from the right on the demo , is that part of the theme? , if so how do I achieve the slider menu.. cheers

I see the theme has 3 different header/navigation options, is it possible to use more than one navigation option at the same time within the theme. Is possible to use one option on the home page and then change to another option on a different page type?

I’m really enjoying working with this theme. It’s in my top 2! (I have probably 25+ themes from envato and I am a total nerd about WP themes for some weird reason).

But… Something this theme desperately needs is more blog layout options. I cannot stand mosaic style blogs, those work well for like two posts on a homepage as “latest news” or similar, but for a blog I know I like the standard single column layout. I use that layout for a lot of clients who like blogs or “latest news” on their websites.

I’d strongly encourage you guys to create more versatile blog layout options! I could definitely use that feature right now. If it doesn’t happen in an update within the next month i’ll have to modify the layout myself.

Hi, nice theme. Is a HTML version included? I don’t need the Wordpress version but I will still buy if a HTML version is included.

Please can you sort out the bug with recent products, best selling products, sales products widgets. I’m trying to use them but instead of putting in 4 columns like I set it to I get 2 much bigger columns.
