I have requested this in your support area aswell with no response. Please if you don’t mind addressing this:
“How do you remove the “Shopkeeper’s Style Blog” subheading?”
It can be found in your demo here: http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/blog/I’d like to use this theme as a review theme, but turn off all the e-commerce parts (e.g. no prices, no cart). Is that possible? And if so, how hard would it be to do?

Yes, sure, Shopkeeper comes with a Catalog Mode feature that can be easily enabled and disabled at any time. You just need to click a button to turn off the shopping functionality.

Is there a way to delay the sticky header so it doesn’t go into effect immediately after scrolling? Lets say, wait until 100px are passed then appear. It’s just very sensitive right now. That’s probably why I’ve read a few comments about some flickering issues. You can even point me to the file that handles this and I can make the change manually.

I own several of your other themes and have been a big supporter of your work – I’m looking forward to purchasing this theme as well, once an update has been released after the initial. I’m hoping to work on a project soon. You guys do great work, but there are certainly initial bugs and legitimate questions and concerns to be addressed here and it’s going on 4 weeks since released. Again, you guys do awesome work, but as I’ve experienced with your other themes, your communication leaves something to be desired – I hope that you can get a support team together and reorganize for 2015 because I believe you can achieve even more success in the future if you do so!

since i activate this theme in my website i noticed that the normal version is only available for widths bigger than 1280px.
i am using a macBook Pro 13’’ and the only way to see the proper page rendering is putting it on full screen.
i’m looking for a way to fix it. like Hidden menu (hamburger icon) and small logo only in smartphones.

Yes, sure, I guess you can just add that page to your menu as “Shop” or “Product Categories”.

Just a quick question..
The version 1 full screen slider looks pretty cool.
Seems like there should be some type of navigation on the sliders though. Is it possible to make the images themselves links?
Or at the very least, add a clickable button directing the visitor to whatever item/section of the site and they’re promoting?

Is it possible to use a dark color scheme with the v6 “simple ecommerce” home page… and use the regular white background color scheme for the category and product pages? Basically alternative between the dark scheme and the light scheme between pages?

Yes, it is possible to customize each homepage the way you wish. Since the homepage in this case is the exception, you should change the background of the rows you’re working with on that page only.

Since updating to WP 4.1, I am getting errors with Visual Composer. It seems that there is a VC update available (4.3.5), but it needs to be added to the theme by the theme developer as it is an embedded licensed version. Can we get this update?
I submitted a support request for this but still have not heard anything. Please advise ASAP.

Hi. Is it possible to get the sample sliders? I have purchased Bootstrap versions of other themes and they provided the sample revolution slider examples so all you had to do was edit the text/fonts (if you choose) & you are finished. Is this possible to provide? I’m not asking for the photos but a template of the sliders for all pages.

Is it not possible to have an image on the blog page? I add it like every other page, but it’s just showing white. All my other pages have a darker image on the background so my navigation isn’t showing on the blog page.
You can edit the page and change the header color scheme for that page only. You won’t be able to add a header image on top of the blog. The blog page doesn’t work like the blank pages in which you can add each element.

How do you turn off page title for shop. I want to have the product category grid there but don’t want the title. Managed to make it show the grid on my shop page but when I untick show page title on the shop page it still shows it.
Really stuck on this category grid and how it is done. It states in the documentation about adding the images to products/categories but yet these are for headers also which will need to be landscape shaped to cover the width of the header.
Yet some images in the category grid are 491×1000px in shape so how do these work for headers. If I look at this page http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/the-product-categories-grid/ and men category at the bottom right the image is 1000×743 px it uses a different image entirely at 1920×870px.
So my question is how do I get both these images in the category, is the 1000×743 px the thumbnail image and the 1920×870px the header image which would make sense I guess.
A tutorial on this would be great cause I’m struggling to work out which image needs to be which size for all the categories.
Its cool now, think I finally worked out that is how to do it, the thumbnail is for the grid and the header image works at 1920×870px size and you shift them in positions in product/categories to work out how to arrange them.
