URGENT AND FOR ALL CUSTOMERS: We absolutely need custom code to get the fullscreen gallery uncropped! It must be usable in all different viewports.. for example: the images in the smartphone view are unusable!! If there are no options in the backend you should at least give the custom code to fix the problem!!

Hi, I just bought your theme and I love it. Portfolio is nearly done. However, I faced strange problem using PORTFOLIO (Visible Tiles) setup.

1. Up to 10 PORTFOLIOs published all was fine. 5 thumbnails were shown in a row. 2. After publishing 11th PORTFOLIO only 3 thumbnails are show in a row.

How can I fix that?

In mobile visualization, I would like to see vertical thumbs of gallery (image gallery style) aligned on centre and not on left like now. fixed width or fixed height choice doesn’t solve the problem: both put thumbs on the left. It is possible? Thank you!

I can’t upload any images both within the Portfolio or Gallery pages?

When I click on add gallery images it goes to my media upload but won’t load within your gallery/ portfolio pages?? I should be able to see a number of them to move them around or delete but none appear. Can you let me know how to fix this please.

Skylab is a really beautiful theme. Rare to find a theme with such consistency in typography and navigation. I have a question:

When using the “Single project iOSSlider” – the images are sized perfect on a medium display like a MacPro Air 13``. But on a large monitor, the images are quite small compared to the rest. Would it be possible with CSS to assign a percentage of display height for the horisontal image pane?

I have installed your theme and for the most part it looks just how I would like it to, however there is a problem that I have found to be happening across multiple browsers/platforms. I’m using the “Gallery with no margins” template and at times, depending on the size of the window, there is a glitch causing the thumbnails jump around and then be arranged in two columns. It looks really terrible. On an 1920×1200 monitor with the browser window stretched to full screen as well as with some intermediate window sizing this is happening. I am worried that if a client has their browser at one of these sizes that this is the way they will be seeing the site. Can you please provide details on how to fix this or if there will be an update that addresses the issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

my site got hit by malware too, I deleted almost all plugins, How do I know if I have the mos current theme version. my sites says 1.2.2. when I download from the link in this page I get a zip file with the exact name I had before.

if I uninstall the theme do I need to redo my galleries and pages?

We updated the reslider and we are stil as malware listed this is a big problem for us.

How long does it take to go back to normal ?

And beside that oyu should contact your custormers personlally in this cases and not waiting for us to get malware problems. It costs me already two backups with my provider of 60€ and still I am blacklisted…

The Revolution Slider that comes with the theme is the reason behind soaksoak malware. Are you making your buyers aware of that?

My website is now infected and blacklisted by google, yahoo, and more. So, are thousands of wordpress websites because of this malware.

hi, I would like to add Gallery Categories to the left menu, but when i go to Menu settings i can only add post categories. Gallery and Portofolio categories are not visible.

When composing blog post’s my “short codes” selections are not applying? Rather once selected (ie. Acccordian) the page scrolls to the bottom of the web screen with no short code added. Any thoughts?
