i am considering to purchase your theme since i want to set up a website with a huge accommodation offer (with booking option) for one country only. Can you please tell me if the booking tools, with calendars of bookings are included in the regular licence and how many users can create profiles and register their properties/accommodations, car rentals, tours etc. and what are the benefits of the extended licence? i can see with extended licence they can be charged but in what way? is it like freezing their accounts until they pay or what? Our custom booking plugin comes with the theme. Unlimited users can sign up to submit properties. At the moment our theme does not support frontend submissions of car rentals/tours/cruises (only works with accommodations), but it will soon.
The theme does not support charging users at all. If you purchase the extended licence you then still have to custom code such a feature yourself.

When a cruise is booked on the dutch site i get the mail in englisch but also everywhere we changed the word cruise and i looked it up with poedit and everything was translated for dutch and english but still in the email which is sent to us and the customer stands: New cruise booking: Where must we change this and also the mail is English while the booking is on the dutch site and all is translated with poedit and in woocommerce. Why is the system choose the english language?
I am not sure of this. You will have to send us your WP/FTP login details and a note about this (send to support@themeenergy.com) so we can debug and resolve this.

Hi you answered by mail but nothing is changed. Alle problems are still there.
You need to recheck your translations for the email issue as I described in my email and then retest the booking functionality to get the New accommodation booking email.
The other problems we are currently hard at work to rectify.
The next upgrade will include fixes for a number of issues people are facing including you.

I checked the translation and all is in dutch translated. If you make a booking you get a english mail and not the dutch mail.
There was e line in poedit what was giving a error. There was a \” somewhere. When i deleted that the dutch file was choosen so the translation for booking is working only he still give the date 1970-01-01 with the reservation.
We are working on a big upgrade for our theme. This big upgrade will resolve a number of issues people are having. We will be revising the woocommerce integration too so this problem will be resolved.
Please wait for the upgrade to be released (it should be next few days).

Hello Dear Friends, Every new page I create comes with the rev.slider. I need the slider only for the front- main page. I have read the instructions that comes with the theme but could find nothing about how to set slider only for one main/home page. How can I do that.Maybe its a bug cause I have tried everything. please go to Appearance > Theme Options > Home Page and scroll all the way to the bottom. You will find home page slider settings there.

themeenergy AUTHOR 3 months ago You create a new Page using the “Register Page” template. Once you publish the page, a new meta box will appear where you can check a checkbox if this is going to be a partner registration page or not.

Are you using 5.32 version of the theme? The metabox appears near the bottom under “Extra information”. Do you see the text “Users can front-end submit?”.
And keep in mind you need to publish the page after selecting the “Register Page” template.
Hello, I have 3 types of “Self Catered” accommodations (villas, apartments and rooms). How can I have them separately on the main menu. Currently what happen is that I have them all under one tab “Self Catered” accommodations. Thanks for help.
Simply go to Appearance -> Menus and in the left side click on Links then create custom links to your custom pages.
For custom pages go to Pages -> New Page and create 3 pages using the Tour Type template.

3) Any size you want, but we recommend at least 1024×768px.

If you scroll down your page you will see a php error caused by qtranslate.
Out theme is WPML and poedit compatible. We have not tested it with qtranslate.

I have tours that are sold in hours (1/2 hour, 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours). I can’t make this work in the tour duration field of the schedule and have assumed it can’t be done. However in reading the comments section you’ve talked about half day tours. Is it possible to show tours in anything other than full days?
Also, I’ve created two schedules for a tour but can’t work out how to make them appear on the tour page or booking form, i.e., to let an end user pick one.

Others have request this feature too but we have not yet figured out the best way to approach this (the theme does not at the moment support hourly bookings indeed).
We are thinking about how best to approach this issue as it is in our interest too that the theme is as usable as possible for everyone.
As for schedules, can you perhaps send us your FTP/WP login info to support@themeenergy.com so we can have a look please? Don’t forget to leave a note outling the problem so we know what we are looking at.
