I’m considering purchasing this theme and have one very important question (to me, anyway)... But first: Did you know your preview of the theme is totally busted on several pages? Stuff is misaligned, missing, your home page is mostly blank, etc… Makes me scared that something like that may happen while I’m using it. QUESTION: I’m wanting to add my own unique pinpoints like local shops, restaurants, parks, attractions, schools, and more, to the map. Is it possible to add these types of pinpoints that are NOT listings themselves but rather just little items people can click on the map to see a short description about the pinpointed item? Airbnb’s maps do this. Scroll down on the listing here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/869573?s=sAs8 You can pick from various icons (bar/restaurant/entertainment venue/theater/attraction/business) that help people understand what each thing does. Is anything like this possible with your template, or is it possible it will be developed in the future?

Hi, is it possible to set the zoom level of the map? I can’t find any reference to it in the theme. At the moment there is only 1 property viewable on the map, but I need to zoom out so we can see more. How can I do this? Thanks.

Pre-sales question; Can you show screen shots and/or have as part of the live preview examples of the dsIDXpress search widget on the homepage? dsIDXpress provides a demo database that other Themes use for their live previews. I see other Themes that claim dsIDXpress compatibility do show examples with the dsIDXpress demo data. I won’t name other themes but it is easy to search for on the Envato market. I need to see how aesthetically pleasing the dsIDXpress search widget looks on this theme.

Just a few questions.

1. how would you add international listings by country then city, or in the case of small countries an “all listings in country”? 2. how would I display the large list of categories (countries and their cities)..can I add a MegaMenu or..? 3. there is no “featured properties” provision? this is where the income comes from on a real estate site.. 4. I did not find the “customizable mgmt sys” in Agents or the easy property mgmt or the easy agent mgmt in the demo..is there somewhere to see these? 5. finally, where is support based? thanks.

When someone posts a property with their address does the map location get set at the same time? Or does someone need to go in to the wordpress dashboard to setup? if so how what needs to be done?

Sorry to pest here, but I’ve tried opening a support ticket and it doesn’t go through with licence. It says something went wrong, please try again.

Problem: How do I remove the sidebar contact form in a property page or how replace it with a contact form 7 form?

The sidebar sends emails from the website’s email and I can’t see the customer’s email at all, so those leads are a waste for me.

Also, can I chose map position for homepage? I don’t want it to show all the properties in one view, I just want to chose where it’s panned and zoomed.

I also don’t want bed and bath room fields in sidebar search.

Hi, I’m a prospective buyer of this great theme. I just wan to make a confirmation. I want to have a site with this sort of theme, but I want the posting/listing to be open to everyone. Thus, I don’t need to be the only one listing properties. Anybody from anywhere should be able to list his/her properties and upload the pictures. Is it possible with this theme?
