This theme is amazing!!! I’m so in love with it which is why I’m really hoping that you’ll know if I can use multi-vendor type plugins with your theme? I know Woo has one but I was hoping you might have some insight into any plugin that you know would be compatible.

I am having the hardest time making my logo fit in the mobile version. i am using the feature to make my logo centered on the header. and have set to fixed so it stays same but when i try pulling it up on mobile it gets cut off or sometimes goes over the mobile menu. im notsure what you guys need to do to fix this but you guys should add a feature so you can upload a mobile version logo

Hi i have two pre buying questions.
1. Is it possible to show products in list view e.g. one product per row with the product description on the right hand side. Or is it even possible to show the first part of the product description underneath the product in grid view? 2. How is the support on this product what kind of responstime do you offer?

some more question. Is the text size above the cart and checkout configurable? Also is it possible to have objects in the header above and still let the meny to be present when scrolling? Thank you for checking out Shopkeeper. Hope you can find some good use for it.
1. You can only change the number of products per row in the shop, but the minimum is two per row, and you won’t be able to change the layout to achieve having that extra info on the shop catalog/listing.
2. Yes, you can edit the checkout and cart pages to add some extra text on top.
3. Not sure what do you mean by objects in the header, can you please be more specific or show an example.
4. About the speed, the themes are built having the best practices in mind and Shopkeeper should be one of the fastest around.
Don’t worry about asking questions, that’s perfectly normal, we’ll be here to answer if you’ve got more.

Thanks for your through answer! We really love this theme our only concern is the missing functionality to show products in list view or the possibility to add the first part of the product description underneath the picture. This is a requirement for us as we sell products (duvets) with little visible difference and the product name is not enough for the customer to be able to distinguish between the quality of the products. I don’t think we are the only once with this problem and type of more generic products with little visible difference. Are you aware of any workaround for this or do you think it would be a lot of work to get the list view option done by customization? Regarding objects i refer to having e.g. a info box or social icons above the menu in the header (like its done in mr tailor) without having to set the menu to static. Cheers! Jakob
Sorry one more thing. I notice that there is no info to the customer that the products has been added to cart except the number of items on the cart display (which i think is not clear enough for all customer especially not the older generation 
. Do you provide any more option for this e.g that the cart expands like in mr tailor etc.?

About having social media icons, a quick menu, there’s a Top Bar available in Shopkeeper as well, just like on Mr. Tailor. You can see it enabled on this page here: http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/home/ecommerce/?preset=orange-topbar
About adding the visual confirmation on adding a product to the cart, when adding it from the single product page, there’s a green notification on the top of the screen showing a link to the cart as well, when adding a product to the cart from the shop catalog page / products listing, the “Add to Cart” changes into “View Cart”. I believe it makes sense for some audiences to make it more obvious, but there’s no other option for now. I’ll discuss that with the team, maybe we can make some improvements in a future update in this area as well.
About having extra info, such as description on the shop catalog, I’m not sure what to suggest at the moment other that custom coding it to fit your needs. We won’t be able to help you with that, but if you really need it, I am positive you can find someone on the Envato Studio (http://studio.envato.com/explore/wordpress) to help you with it for a reasonable price.

Ok i see. Yea the info on the product page is enough and great. And maybe i would be an idea to have the same in the shop catalog 
. I see that it is possible to add info in the top header but i also see that the menu becomes “non-scrollable” with this option. Sorry for being so picky and into details but choosing a theme is a big step considering all the time you invest in it. I don’t expect you to customize the list thing but i think it might be worth for consider in future themes/updates as i think there is real demand for the possibility to show products this way. Unfortunately a lot of new themes does not offer this kind of functionality anymore. Again thanks for your time in answering our questions in such a through way. Br, Jakob

Hello, I finally choose my theme for my new ecommerce and I’d like to you Shopkeeper, it’s simply great.
My 2 questions are:
- grouped products (example here: http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/shop/accessories/woo-grouped-product/) Can you define the default quantities of the products?
- in a product page, if the text description is too long, the right column (with copy and add to cart button) will be to long, leaving an ugly white space under the image. is there a way to fix the “div” of the right column, so that the content will scroll inside that div? Basically it’s like they do here: http://themes.fuelthemes.net/?theme=north

For as far as we know, there’s no built-in option into the WooCommerce plugin that would allow you to pre-set the quantity for products.
I can see what you mean about the description area of the product, but we cannot do what the north theme does regretfully, cause the page is not ending there in the Shopkeeper’s case. I can see however a need for that, I’ll discuss this idea with the team.

Love the look of this theme! I can see that there are updates to this theme quite regularly, but no changelog anywhere.

Great theme ! Have a pre-purchase question. I see variable product page where I can have option for different size, color etc. Is the same option available when in the category. For example I go to http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/product-category/men/ and rather then ‘add to cart’, have product option (variable) here.

On products, if you click on the product pictures it opens the picture file in a new tab. Any way to fix this?

Yes, Shopkeeper includes the Categories Grid as well. Most of the elements from Mr. Tailor are available with Shopkeeper as well.

It’s really cool that you have a transparent header option, but with this added feature you need more options for the logo/color scheme. I’ve seen this commented on a couple times. Let say I choose a transparent header with a light color scheme and white logo to contrast the dark background image. It looks great, but then when I get to pages like cart or checkout, they don’t have background images in the header and the menu/logo are invisible.
My suggestion is to have an option on the page level to choose the header color scheme (which I think you can currently with the custom fields), but a check box would be nice. Then I think this can all be corrected with a third logo option. Dark Color Logo, Light Color Logo, Sticky Logo. Then the correct logo can display based off what color scheme was chosen for that page.

Theme looks awesome on laptops and desktops.
Pre-purchase questions about mobile: 1. is there an option to “add to cart” to appear on the main page shop? So user won’t have to go on the product page. 2. Also, on mobiles I get this square with an “i” in it which does nothing, but appears. 3. Is it possible to make header float when visitor scrolls down on mobiles and tablets (possibly, haven’t checked if it doesn’t follow).

The Centered Logo / Split Navigation isn’t quite showing in the centre of the screen and is off to the left slightly. Here is an example of what I mean from the demo page. http://grab.by/DsFe
On my site it does the same but is a pointed triangle it shows more obvious that its not in the centre and doesn’t match up with the centre of my header titles.
Can you please look into this for a fix.

Also how do I get a custom font to work, I’ve added web fonts in a directory and labelled in my custom css pointing to them using @font-face and css rule for h1 {font-family: “font”;. All done exactly the same as I’ve done on another theme I have which it works OK on but for some reason can’t get it to work here. Any ideas

OK Adrian can you please just let me know then is that a no you cannot use custom fonts with this theme. What about the top question about the logo not centered. Can you please fix this.
Also What are the actual visual composer settings for the header image on http://shopkeeper.getbowtied.com/about-us-v2/ with the image fitting right to the bottom of my screen. From the dummy content page for this same about us page the image I replace it with which is exactly the same size as your demo page one 1920×1213 but can’t get my image to appear right to the bottom of the screen so the visual composer settings must be different, would love a screen shot if possible to see what settings were used.
