Is there a One Page option for this site?

You can build a website with one page, but the scroll ability to scroll down from the menu to the location in the page is not available. You will have to add some custom script to accomplish that.

I purchase RT Theme-18 and everything works fine – but some items are curious: Changing text inside product area, excerpt text is showing still old ones, no matter what i do, only help is delete and setting up new
- More important: Portfolio Categorie does not work at all – File not found…
- One more: cannot manage to get access to support page, tried many times, did not get answeres and confused about this procedures…

YouTube is part of the social icons options. The image you are refering to is a early 1.0 image. It has been added after that date the image was created.

3) The flex slider from 100px. The revslider or layerslider pls consult the plugin documentation on that but they are responsive and can also start from 100px in width.

i have to make you aware of the fact that the bigmenu was never designed to support this and i believe that it will have some issues in the mobile menu. I will ask the theme developer if there is a easy fix for that and get back to you on the mobile menu part.

I have a pre sales question or 2.
I have a client who has used Cubecart 5 for his shop and we need to move him to a wordpress themed catalogue type theme on wordpress. He doesnt actually sell from withing the shop just uses it as a catalgue of products.
Do you have a facility for importing products from cubecart? or can you do this on our behalf?
As he doesnt display prices can that part be turned off or not displayed.

They say they can import any csv content into any other custom post type i believe.
We dont have such ability. There are also free csv plugins which can do so on wordpress.org
As for not displaying prices you can Always hide them by css tweaks so they dont show.
But i would not use woocommerce then as it is a shop plugin. You need more like a portfolio or product post type that is not hooked to a payment gateway. The theme has such product post type.

Sorry for my english, I’m from Ukraine. I’m using this theme for a one site, but in Google webmasters tools i have errors: - missing: entry-title; - missing: author; - missing: updated; for so many pages and posts, except mai, were i place tag “publisher” with plugin “All in One SEO Pack”.
How can I fix these errors or i have to wait for the update theme, in which this errors will be corrected?
P.S. I found the advice to correct the code, but I do not want to adjust its own.

I have to refrase my answer
We added the hatom micro data in version 1.5x to this theme following the google webmasters markup helper https://www.google.com/webmasters/markup-helper/
However we did not add it to the portfolio posttype and team members single post page. We will try to fix these in the next update.

Thank you for answer. Hatom micro data needs in pages: single post, tags, archives and maybe one else. I will be waiting for the update theme.

hatom microdata is not required in pages. It is only required in single page posts. A Posts Page is not the same as a Page Page
The errors wont occur in the webmasters when it is a normal page. At least they did not until this very moment and i am not aware of any changes on that by google.

The style.css of the child theme is loaded last as that file is the last in order. If you are adding css to the style.css of the child and then chaning it again in the custom css the css added in the style.css of the child theme should have been added in the custom css box in the first place.
The style.css of the child theme or the theme it self normally should not contain no css at all as thats why we created the custom css box. However if you want to change css and not have those visible to your users then you can use that file.

Hey, I originally installed the theme through the Wordpress install function, not through FTP. The newest update v 1.6 asked to update the theme through FTP. Can I still update the theme through the Wordpress method without the risk of breaking anything?

You can’t update without ftp upload as the theme is active. So you need to do a ftp upload and overwrite of all theme files.

I am a developer. I bought 3 licenses of rt-theme18 to my projects:
www.wevza.com www.incaciutat.com (placed in a temporary address while I work in it) www.imaginetourism.com (placed in a temporary address while I work in it)
I want to develop more projects with this template.
1. Can I assign each license to each website? 2. I think that I need a license for each domain but in www.incaciutat.com I am going to create two subdomains…
esports.incaciutat.com museu.incaciutat.com
...and I want to use the same theme for it with other default menu, different content and other header. So I think that I should install the theme and wordpress again. Question is: in this case, I need to buy the theme again for each subdomain?

First of all thank you for buying rtthemes.
You need buy a license for each domain you are using the theme in unless its a multisite pathdomain based.
http://yourwebsite.com/website1However if you are using it in multiple wordpress install even patch domains single sites then for each website is a license required.
subdomains and mapped domains are each indiviual websites even if they are running in a mulrisite wordpress install and require a valid license per domain.
You can contact envato for more details if you need more explaination on this as they sell the theme to you and are your “partner” to contact.

Yes it is possible. Go to RT-Theme 18 options and select “1/1” column layout for product categories. For your templates that contains a “Product Posts” module you can change it within the module options. (Open the template, open the product posts module and select 1/1 layout)
