- how i control the opacity color on the background menu? – why i cross the mouse on the top bar the logo change the center position and when i out the mouse from the top bar the logo come to the correct position. – on the “about designer” page can you say the correct image size? – for the products images i need to know the best size image withouth lost quality.

“theme option” – “header elements” – ” Shopping Cart Icon” – i enable and insert PNG image 32×32 px and dont show ond the website

Hi! We have a problem with viewing the blog option. The masonry effect is successful (size and shape) in Google Chrome. But in Safari auto size atop the outstanding image is lost. You can see it here: http://mimediolimon.es/ (see comparison of visualization chrome and safari)

I’ve filled out a support ticket but I also wanted to post here since I’m unable to build my site until my issues are resolved.

1. I get an Ajax Error when trying to create a slide in RevSlider 2. I uploaded dummy content but I’m unable to edit photos and categories. 3. I cannot load featured images/images to new products (trying to work around issues working with your dummy content. 4. Visual Builder just isn’t working 5. I cannot add or delete categories

I did not receive any errors when uploading theme, plugins, or dummy content.

I’m hoping that I’ll receive a response soon since these issues are preventing me from using this theme at all. Very disappointed.

I can’t seem to update Visual Composer. I get this:

An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.

How do I fix this?

I really love this theme, very compliments. Before to buy it, if it’s possible, i would ask some questions:

- in the single product page, it’s possible to add some widget in a widget area? - in the catalog page, it’s possible to set less columns for products? for exaple 3 or 4 colums

Hello – So far very happy with theme!

2 issues that im having at the moment.

1. Envato Toolkit plugin doesnt seem to be allowing me to activate – It always says, begin activating plugin at the top of the page , and every time i click acitivate it the page just goes blank.

2. The Visual composer does not allow me to move elements inside rows , or from one row to another. When i click on the ” move ” arrows, the elemt expands in size but does not let me move it.

Just a couple of questions.

1.The Centered Logo / Split Navigation isn’t quite showing in the centre of the screen and is off to the left slightly. Here is an example of what I mean from the demo page. http://grab.by/DsFe

On my site it does the same but is a pointed triangle it shows more obvious that its not in the centre and doesn’t match up with the centre of my header titles.

Can you please look into this for a fix.

2. Does the theme work with custom fonts?

If I look it says compatible with WPML. Does this mean it is fully integrated and are all styles working on the WPML plugin? I don’t see it in the demo so I am wondering as this is important for my shop and if I read the comments from other people I see that you guys were trying to get this completely approved or sg.
