Hi again, I have another 2 questions -
I don’t think Google Adsense allows ads to be ‘sticky’ so is there a way to keep part of the sidebar static and move the rest in post pages?
Also, in your Newspaper 4 theme that I already purchased I prefer the parallax post type to the one included in this theme (which goes under the header too). Is there anyway to modify this theme with CSS to achieve a similar look?

I would love to see a little more improvement on the woocommerce side, I been hoping on your other newspaper theme or this one since I already have bought your other and been debating on this now.
Things that would be nice for woocommerce side of theme:
> drop down shopping cart that shows items that are in your shopping list while hovering over the shopping cart image.
> Social Sharing Icons within woocommerce products.
> maybe a zoom effect while hovering over products on woocommerce

The social counter tagdiv is not working. It is running the latest version 2.7 and is activated in the plugins.

SSL will work fine, only on the video section we have to modify the code to automatically switch to https when detected, but until we fix it you can change it manually in the code – http://screencast.com/t/SBYbxxnG4n
For W3 Total Cache use page cache only, for the other options you have to make tests, do not enable js minification.

Thank you Emil, Just for anyone who’s interested….The theme seems to be working fine on A2 hostings optimized wordpress install with site wide SSL although I haven’t been through everything yet.

Did you regenerated the thumbs? i’ve tested on my side and it works fine. – http://screencast.com/t/BFFR8Dgd Try Force Regenerate and check if the issue is still there. Also disable all plugins except for Visual Composer and check again.

Thanks, I’l take a look. I just updated the theme and found that some of my block titles have gone to default. I change them and seems fine but once signed out they go back to default. cache has been cleared. I sign in and they are back to what i edited
Also noticed on my social counter has paused. Its as if when i installed the update its stayed the same when logged out but changes when logged in have saved. Does that make sense? It’s as if the cache doesn’t work when signed out. anyone else noticed this?

The cache is disabled on admin, that’s why you see the changes when you login. The cache may not be cleared and maybe the browser cache is still active, try to reset it by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+R on Chrome.
If you updated the theme also update the Social Counter plugin, it can be found in the theme package, inside the plugins folder.

I tried clearing the browser cache and i cleared my complete site with my cache and it still remains. I already done the social counter. 1. No, it’s just an example for W3 Total Cache, if you use another plugin look for a similar option.

I tried to perge the homepage with no success. I mean when I’m signed in the homepage works but when signed out the cache remain. Why is the cache off when im signed in? I tried everything and it still cache. I also done some speed tests and the facebook plugin seems to be slowing load time quite a bit

Your cache plugin may have an option like this – http://screencast.com/t/2elbsH2glO , if it’s enabled it wont cache content when your logged in.
You can try another cache plugin, not sure what you use now but you can try W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache
The page has to bring data from another location (ex. facebook comments) so it will slow down the page load time.

Hi, the problem has not resolved. I have a premium cache plugin I use but i uninstalled it and used the standard wordpress cache with no results. I use my premium cache on another theme with no problems. It’s this theme, the cache will not clear on home page. Can you fix this in new update.

It’s not from the theme, it’s from the cache plugin settings. We recommend using W3 Total Cache (only page cache enabled), check the purge section and enable it on home page.

Hi humbledmike, we did not encountered any issues with dissapearing images from media gallery. If you have a backup please try to recover them from there. If you do not have any backups please contact your hosting provider, they may have a backup of your hosted account.

the header ad spot on the demo is hidden on mobile because we did not like it. If you want to have an ad spot in the header after the menu, that is possible out of the box without any modifications. The trending now section can be hidden via css on mobiles (I can assist you with that if you want)
