I have purchased the Heal template for Wordpress. But I ran into trouble unfortunately. The issue is that when I install it on the Wordpress and choose language Persian or Arabic (from setting > site language) however the whole template appears Right to Left successfully, the Causes and The Event section of the site are not shown (in other word, the show no Cause or Event)
I wonder if you can kindly help me on this matter.

On mobile devices it does not look good. Look at your demo: it does not shows slider on the top, content is skipped to about us section and about heading is half covered by the nav. Can you correct this?

We tested it with iphone 4 and galaxy s2, it quite ok. Although We hide slider from mobile device. Slider will active on Tab and above device. Can you please sent us some screenshot of that bug?? That will help us to upgrade in next.

Right now Heal don’t have Visual Composer. That why you can’t create your own layout. But we are working with Visual Composer and hope that we can give you unlimited page building option in short time.

I am having issues with linking to PayPal. It keeps displaying the sandbox instead of live, therefore the users cannot donate without signing up for PayPal. I called PayPal and they could not figure it out either.
Another question is how can I set it up so that every “Donate” button takes the donors straight to the donation page. I clicked the top “Donate” button and it takes me down the page to the cause, where another “Donate” button is located. I then clicked on that button, it takes me to the Cause page, then there is another “Donate” button. I want to minimize the clicks to 2 at most.

Now simpler questions. How can I change the menu text color? It is currently white. Where can I choose the text color option? Lastly, how do I set up the pages and menus so that none of the “add menu” does not display on the top right of some pages? Thank you!

you can change menu color by write some css code.. Add following line in custom css in advance setting.
.navbar-default .navbar-nav>li>a {
color: red;
}
it will become red.. so you have to pick your color code.. and replace with your color code with red.
add menu display for inner page/blog page.. you just add a new menu from appearance >> menus >> and select inner page menu

The css code is not working. It keeps displaying an error message (“Expected an identifier and instead saw …. Missing ”;” before statement…”). Rating you a 5 star for sure!!!

Nice looking theme! I’m using the heal slider (not revolution slider). The text doesn’t stay long enough before the next set of text slides in so I’d like the slides to change at a slower rate. How do I do this?

Tried that and got the reply ‘please read the documentation’ – there’s absolutely nothing in the documentation about slider speed just a few lines and screen shot pointing at slider settings tab which has no option for speed.

are you using revolution slider? Or banner slider??
In the Heal options settings it says Image Parallax, Only using revolution slider for my main homepage image

Hi there, I’m having the same issue as nesmarketing. I only have one slide and want to keep the “static” slider because of the parallax effect.
When I use only one slide it doesn’t work properly. It’s not pulling demo content anymore, but the content I do have isn’t showing up at all.

You countdown issue fix.. its happen because of when day count over 99 + , its shows 2 digit only.. Now its fixed.. Now accept 3 digit.. If your day also over 999 + this problem will occurs.. but now 3 digit support.. thanks
How and where can I get the latest update for this theme? I am currently on 1.1.3. Also, is there a way to embed my youtube video onto the main slider? I was able to upload the video in .mp4, but it did not allow viewers to “stop” or “play” video. It played automatically. Lastly, the main slider seems like it has a dark film over the slider which makes it look more gloomy, is there a way for me to remove that layer so my images/videos are brighter and in their original form. Thank you for such an amazing theme.

I just updated the latest version. Love the revolution slider! The tinted layer that was in the previous version is gone now. Is there a way to turn that on/off? Thank you.
we turn off video background coz revolution has that feature.. but static slider is still available.. please check slider settings..

Hi, I have a bit of a problem (dispite that this template is still awesome) because when I have just one slide in slider it skip my changes and loads default 3 sliders from demo content. When I add 2 slides – then i have mine. Wth is wrong with my setup? I need just one slide on slider.
Same crap happens when adding sliders at the right side of content. I can’t have one, but minimum two to see it. One is invisible.

Hi, just got this theme and it’s awesome. However, I’m having an issue with the color of the dropdown menu. I have changed the color of the theme to #ff0000 but the dropdown menus remain the same color as the original theme.

Hi, just finished installing your theme, There’s a few things i would love to know, is there anyway i can make the donate now just become links to a set webpage e.g. a justgiving page. Also the mobile version seems to crash all the time on my iPhone. It would be great if you had the option to turn off donate now in causes

I have checked heal functions.js line 372, I did not find your code on it. And also there is no parse error.
First of all your basic coding knowledge is not so good. Because http://cl.ly/ZLQA/o this image you try to write PHP code in functions.js.
If you want to use PHP code in JavaScript, then you have to localize that php function. You can check following link—
http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_localize_script
Or, paste that code into PHP file with script tag. Then call php variable on it.. as like as your given image url..
By the way, Your are using high quality image, that’s why site’s loading time not so good. use jpg image with quality 70%. It will improve your site. And also help to your SEO.
