Yes. you can use Arabic language with our theme and you will have no styling issues. We will stay with you for assistance if you face any issue. For another navigation bar, a little change in code would be needed.

I need to post a html code for table inside accordion shortcode. Before the update that correct shortcodes on WP 4.01 it works, know the accordion become empty. What can I do?
Are you using latest version of theme? If not, then please update your theme to latest version and issue will be fixed. We have made latest version compatible with 4.01. BUT take complete back up before updating your theme for precaution.
I’m using the last version of the theme with WP 4.01. The thing is that now inside the accordion don’t work any shortcodes or html (for table). Can you check this information please?

I’m looking at possibly using your theme for a website rebuild – can you confirm a few things for me whether or not they’re possible (and easy)?
- For the social media icons – can they be moved up to the top?
- Newsletter signup – can this also be moved to a more prominent place on the site easily?
- The “causes” section – we wouldn’t need that. Easy enough to eliminate?
- A donation button – easy to add?

hello I would know I put in homepage (charity version) the parallax counter with numbers (volounteers, collected donations, twitter followers etc..)
You need to counter shortcode manually and add image of parallax from back end. For the best view, dimension of image should be 1920×1080. Go to page builder > Add page element > Click on section settings > Add parallax image there.

This theme has lots of buggy problems. When I add an image to a post, if it’s not centered, it blows the image up to stretch to 795×795 even though it’s a thumbnail. I want to put 3 thumbs next to each other and can’t.
Formatting isn’t retained in large, medium, or grid view. Bolding of words is dropped.
How can I get my money back?

For refund, you need to contact Envato as we are not authorised to issue refunds. However, I am sure if you create ticket, issue will be sorted.
I don’t want to have to resize images to 716×393 just so I can use thumbnails side by side as I don’t feel it’s efficient. Is that the only solution? I did open a few tickets in Chimp Support but never got email confirmation or reply.

Yes, author tag can be removed. Turn Tags OFF from back end and they will not show up.

1 & 2 . It will take around three hours work to make this workable. We normally do 30 minutes custom work free of cost. Any work more than that has to be done by the client. We will guide you where you can find the code to change. Rest you will have to do at your end.

I have written it back to Fred to let you know what files to change. however, he may not be able to give you the code or change it for you as support team does not handle custom work or custom functionalities. They just resolve the issues of clients.
