Hi, thanks for this great theme, I would like to know how can I do for increase the menu size. I have already changed the body font in the Typography tab but this change also top menu.
I would like to have a different size and font for top menu (not footer).

There’s an option in your typography tab of the Salient options panel for “navigation” as well which will effect this

Hi I really love this theme! I have one pre sale question before i buy it. We have a portrait type of logo and we want to ask if its is doable on this theme. We want to achieve an output similar to this website http://wraps.pro/ the header will be the same and the logo can exceed the header size to have that effect. this would require modding to the shortcode-processing.php file located in the nectar/tinymce directory and the init.js file located in the js folder – i’ve noted the item for the wishlist though

Actually my problem seems to be slightly intermittent…. I think I have diagnosed it but I cannot fix it.
My problem is that the drop down of my main menu is getting stuck whenever I select an item from the menu. I am pretty sure this is due to the page transitions. Because it doesn’t get fixed until I refresh the page.
Problem is, I can’t seem to reliably reproduce the issue.

1. You could add custom anchor links through html in the page builder
2. The max cols on a blog masonry display is 5 and will display as that given the screen width is wide enough – altering this would take custom css

1) on desktop Version i want to use the flyout widget as normal
2) on mobile devices I want remove the left navbar icon and use instead the flyout widget area as the new navigation menu + flyout effects.

1. The slide out widget area should display on both desktops and mobiles when activated – are you talking about the other mobile menu?
2. This would require some custom development – but if you just wanted to hide the regular mobile nav it would only take simple css

Loving Salient, and the Nectar Slider – great work, and very clean code!
I wonder if you can help me? My client would like to be able to add a static div over the slider (so it’s permanently there, i.e. it doesn’t slide off with each slide). The div needs to contain 3 or 4 buttons, that they can control (text, URL etc).
Is this possible with the slider, or with specific (absolute) styling applied to a div created via Visual Composer? I guess the alternative might be to use a widget that picks up CPTs…but I might be over-complicating things!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this wouldn’t be possible without some custom development at this time – you could try the absolute css approach, that would be the easiest way to handle it

We would like to change the icon of the ‘slide out’ sidebar widget and use it for translation purposes. (change the right icon in the menu/header)
I think the theme uses custom-names for Icons but relies on an iconfont. I would like to change the icon that opens the sidebar.
Can you please help me where to look? I saw some stuff in functions.php but could not find a working solution.
In the current case, the theme now displays two similar icons in responsive mode, so it’s impossible to know for people which icon is navigation menu and which is translation options. (we use sidebar for translation engine)

I’m trying to set up a static image to have the same responsive qualities as the nectar slider: flexible slider height, fullscreen, full width.
I currently have a single row with a simple text block, with an image as the background. It displays well either on a mobile device or on a computer screen, but not both. How can I set this up?

The closest you can do is enter a % value for the top/bottom padding on your row – I would try something like 20% for each

Make sure you’re entering a map marker lat and lng as well as the center lat and lng – if you only enter a center point lat/lng no marker will be displayed
