In Appearance – Theme Options – Typography there are a number of extra fonts available. These fonts aren’t applied in the pages and are not available when editing Font Faces in text blocks.
How do I make the fonts available to the pages?
Hello, thanks for contacting us. As you can see on typography section all possible categorized type options has displayed such as primary menu, headings, footer etc; at this point you are able to choose any font for each item via provided font list.
Also you can add extra typeface using “custom heading” component via visual composer. There are also a few standard font types in your text block editor where you can use for content type. Regards

I’ve purchased and installed most of the theme, except for the Essential grid dummy data.
It says data “has been uploaded successfully”, but when I go to grids, it’s still empty. Skins get imported properly though!

Now for the difficult part. What is the best way to update the theme and included and recommended plugins like Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Essential Grid?
When I attempted to use the Envato Toolkit to update your theme to 1.2 it gave me this warning: “Updating this theme will lose any customizations you have made. ‘Cancel’ to stop, ‘OK’ to update.”
What good is automatically updating the theme this way if I lose all my custom settings?
What do you suggest is the best way to update everything?

Hello, no content or customization lose made by theme options if you meant. For sure there might be issue if you’ve made code modifications.
Regarding plugin updates the best way to do it by FTP. You can upload plugin files manually into “wp-content/plugins” folder.

Since Visual Composer is included in your theme how can I update Visual Composer when they update their plugin? It won’t allow me to update it from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5 and your theme hasn’t updated since I purchased it.

I’m using UberMenu plugin for my menu and I’m having problems with it displaying the search and Overlay Menu thumb. I would like to turn off the Overlay menu thumb icon but it doesn’t seem to be working. I turn it off in the Primary Menu / Logo section within the WPCLoud Option Panel. Doesn’t seem to do anything.
Would like to know how I can turn this off for the desktop site and where are the settings for it because it’s display is messed up when using UberMenu.

Hello Thomas, we haven’t tested uber menu on our theme. Sorry we’ve no support for 3rd.party plugins except bundled ones. I kindly advise make sure you did all right as plugin’s documentation. Thank you.
I understand that. To be honest, if you check back my past questions I asked about UberMenu and you didn’t support it but you would help. I do understand there is no support for 3rd party plugins. I get it.
But it would be nice if you could help me with the other part of the question. How can I turn off the what I believe is called the Overlay Menu button which is on the top right side next to my menu.. It is a little thumb image that looks like three horizontal lines. You click on this and an overlay menu takes over the entire window. I would like to turn that off since it’s not working with this plugin.
Is there a call I can attach to a menu link that would spawn the search overlay? This way I could add a menu item “search” that would achieve the same thing.

1). Please can you explain to me how the download newsletter section works and what i need to do if i would like users to download a pdf doc. many thanks. 2). when i scroll down home page, the specific menu name is highlighted accordingly, i.e when i click on the menu name it takes me to that section on home page, expect for one section.. ‘clients’ what must i check? or do to ensure that when i click on the client tab on menu.. that it directs the user to tht section on the home page?

Hi- how do you remove the wpcloud logo that on the top. In love with this theme… and have managed to navigate my way around.. but cant find where to remove the logo thats on the dummy content- as i want to change it. hope you can help. Thanks;)

Since you bundle Visual Composer and Essential Grid, and we don’t technically own the license, can we purchase additional plugins from these guys for their bundled apps without any problems?
