I’ve purchased the Visual Composer plugin and activated the license. I have WP Cloud v3.0, WP Cloud Child Theme 3.0 and Visual Composer v5.1.1. Why is there no option anywhere to use the Visual Composer “Front End Editor” when activating the WP Cloud Child Theme v3.0 or the WP Cloud 3.0 theme itself?

You don’t need a separate license for Visual Composer plugin, simply open functions.php for editing and search for this line;
if(function_exists('vc_disable_frontend')){vc_disable_frontend();}
remove it.

I think it’s messed up I buy this theme and it refuses to update to newest version of Visual Composer and keeps crashing telling me without update (which I have to pay $34 for, I cannot update and since the theme doesn’t support the version it comes with, I cannot even create the site using the 47min tutorial.) I don’t think is fair to the consumer to make a $48 item become a $82 item when I could pay $100 and have it installed for me.

Plugin’s automatic updater will not work because you get it bundled within your theme, but we will release the updates whenever published.
Once you update your theme, you will be asked to update your plugins, but some of them will refuse to update, in this case, just temporary deactivate them and try again.
Your ticket will be responded ASAP, if you already submit one.
The Essential Grid in your Tuturial is pre-populated. The Essential Grid in the this theme has nothing. There is a huge disconnect in your tutorial and the essential grid plug in.
Have you tried to import dummy data for Essential Grid plugin?

If you have updated your theme already, you can try to deactivate plugins and update via automatic updater. Or, you can upload via FTP to wp-content/plugins folder.

with ipad / iphone : click on the first flix box on your theme demo page : data & analyses = popup is open Now, when you close the popup, the flip box do not close, it’s still open (with red background).
I would like when you close popup that the flip box close too, no still open.

Can you help me figure out why a video won’t play? Here’s the site: flexmlslove.com. In the section titled “Our users say it best”, the first flip box is where we placed a video. Whenever you click on the play button the video won’t play and the flip box closes. Can’t figure out why?

I am working on a site (flexmlslove.com) and I need some help with the mobile version of my design. There are 3 icons under the “Show Us Your Flexmlslove” section (Facebook, twitter and email). To run WPCLOUD, you must be running WordPress 3.9 or higher, PHP5 or higher, and mysql 5 or higher. Recommended PHP Configuration Limits
Many reported issues you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:
- max_execution_time 180
- memory_limit 128M
- post_max_size 32M
- upload_max_filesize 32M
Verify Your Current PHP Limits
Check them by installing with this simple plugin. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ In addition, you can always contact your host and ask them your current settings and have them adjust, if needed. Many hosts will try to keep the PHP limits low without reason.
